I have created this simple application for Android. It is something between tasks and notes organizer. See screenshots in attachments.

Features:
Create notes in a tree structure
Drag&Drop to reorder notes
2 color themes:
- Black on White
- White on Black
Create note from:
- Text
- Voice
- Photo
- QR/Barcode
- Audio
- Video
Send note in:
- SMS
- EMail​

Updates:
1.0
- Minor updates
- Added Tree view​
