I use this app in BOOX Nova 3 and works very well. Can app set to reduce (or no) slideshow animation? This feature useful for E-Ink device like BOOX.

There are some animation options but they may not be more minimal than the default.
Open image file in MiX viewer > menu > animation.> [select]
Note: These animation settings seem to apply to both the slideshow and to manual scrolling images but in one of my tests I had to apply the setting twice. FYI.
This may not help in your case but is easy to check.

What about the second problem? I localized it a bit.
If in MiX with the Image plugin enabled, you go to a folder on the cloud storage, and this folder contains an *.heif image, MiX will crash. I tested it on Yandex Disk and Google Drive

I am not a developer but I don't know if MiX supports heif format. Also your device needs certain specifications to view heif files. May want to read up on the link below and also not sure if the screenshot is relevant or not. Too many damn file systems IMO. Every company doesn't need files in their own formats. It's just ridiculous. Even Google screwed me when I switched my music library from iTunes to play music, and now to YT music, if I download stuff I own and uploaded can only be opened by YT music. It can't even be decoded back to mp3, mp4, flac, etc... So now I have 150gb of music only playable on YT music which is just awful.What about the second problem? I localized it a bit.

I'm fully aware that you cannot see why my esteemed teammate @TNSMANI had cleaned the thread but I can assure you that first it was absolutely necessary and second it had nothing to do with anybody being unable to search.
I'm using the XDA search daily. No issues to report from my side but even if I had it'd be off-topic in the great MiXplorer development thread.

Have you tried searching in the App recently? I doubt it, or else you wouldn't say "no issues". You're better off finding what you are looking for by searchig on Google with site: than here. Back to topic.
Pardon some more OT but hopefully the last in this round. People should not be dissuaded from searching. The XDA search will find valid results once a particular issue is worked around and the work around requires about one extra second and a quick copy paste. See my signature for details. Of course returning to the thread is not as easy as it is in a web browser but to that point if people are relying heavily on search they can use a web browser for that. Not optimal but totally doable . Apologies for the OT.

FYI, the developer is sometimes away for extended periods of time, sometimes days, weeks, or even months, but they are good about follow up upon return.
I would not normally nag about this but since there was a recent thread clean up it bears mentioning that this is explained various places. If it is not in the opening post of the FAQ already I will put it there.

Yeah. But only if you edit a file in a subdirectory. If the file is in a root of the zip it seems to work.2
That sounds good for a local workaround and I'm all for getting around Google's onerous restrictions but it might be prudent to ask the developer for permission before redistributing their application with a different package name through an additional App Store.2
Sure, Hootan would have to do these things, of course. The app is closed source anyway.2
I read that Google will not tolerate an app being distributed, or downloading additional content, other than through Google. I didn't read the contract, so I don't know much, but I also read of someone "forced" to take the trouble to make a 2nd app to satisfy Google.
Maybe Google has an approved "network", maybe Samsung is "in-network", maybe the restriction has been lifted, maybe "all" a publisher needs to do is get a duly executed waiver.
My point was that it's not as easy as posting the app on multiple distribution networks. There will be some aggravation with making distinct "apps", and then ongoing aggravation building all the variants for every release.2
The crashes happens randomly when I'm using the text editor, for example it happens when i use big files that contains thousands of line and while exploring the file it crashes also the line number in text editor next to the file contents often disappear when a file is bigger than ~1000 line or can't display more than ~500 number -

MiX works fine on A12, did for me at least on Pixel 6.
And if you check past post history you'll see that Hootan always leaves for months on end, but always comes back and releases updates like nothing else exists.

That's not the usual behaviour of the moderator who acted to your post but also to others in the contact. I know the moderator normally always provides his name in his notification alerts but I hope you can accept that this occasionally - and unintentionally - happens "in the middle of a battle". Not as an excuse but as an explanation: You certainly know the number of moderators and we're all humans. It's sometimes a real hurry to keep this site with its 3.5+M threads and 78+M posts clean.
I apologise for the inconvenience, and I'm going to make my team mate aware. I'm convinced he's going to contact you privately and is happy to explain his action. Please be aware this might not happen immediately as our team is spread above many timezones, and I don't know if it's bedtime over there already.
Just a brief personal remark: It's not really required to post such - rightful - complains publicly. Consider to just approach any moderator of your desire and faith privately. I ensure you it will be handled.

I'm uncomfortable being in the same sentence with HootanParsa about the value and success of mix. What I do is relatively quite small regarding development. For instance I'll complain about Google as a distribution hub but HootanParsa will actually do something about it.9
