Yes, but I want to be able to change them. Its not just Nova launcher, most modern launchers support this, but it comes from the app.

As servers isn't currently listed under settings > components I'd guess that @HootanParsa would need to look at this and see if it's possible to add this to launcher shortcuts.
I slightly misunderstood your original question. What I said about intents may not be required to access your servers. However, I believe Tasker's ability to edit its own app shortcuts is pretty unique, due to its power. To my current knowledge, Nova Launcher can do this for any app, when combined with Sesame Shortcuts (though my personal knowledge of Sesame Shortcuts is very limited.)
(And as Spannaa just said, you may be wanting to do something that isn't possible currently, but you MAY be able to do it using intents with Nova and Sesame).
I'm using latest mixplorer on Pixel 3XL. I just created .zip file with the Archive add on. It was 38 folders all containing movie files. Some with a couple extra .srt and .txt files. Here's the thing, when it started creating it stated there were 38 folders and 452 files! I looked and even with the hidden files option checked, I still only see under 60 files. Anyone know what the deal is? None of em are .rare either. Also, they are torrent downloads from nefarious sites such as Pirate Bay
Check the types of the sixty files you see. Maybe one is an archive.
The new "There may not be enough space ..." is a welcome addition, but there might be a related issue that needs to be addressed. When moving for example 10 files with a total size of 1.8GB to a directory with 2GB of free space, after the first file (300MB) is moved the operation is paused saying there's enough space and you have to manually resume it. I believe it compares the total size with the free space left after every file is moved, without subtracting the size of the moved files from the total, hence the issue.
Sorry I didn't expect to have an answer this soon. I could try to change my server configuration for the purpose of testing but even if the speeds go back at what they were (and in the past SMB2 AND SMB3 were fast) that would mean that I have to make the change permanente along the rest of my devices for mixplorer only. . .Which feels rather inconvenient to me.
I can add that the client I did experiment with SMB3 was CX Explorer, just logged in and voila.

This may not be what you want but FWIW, you can control which bookmarks are shown in the long press list by putting the bookmarks which you want at the top of the MiX Bookmark drawer. Note: the presence of a separator at the beginning of the Bookmark drawer might be a factor so the ones which are to be visible upon long press app icon should be above any separators.
I did not mean for you to change the share. I have not used SMB. I thought it might be possible to choose 2 or 3 in a client and access the server, just to see the effect.

Nothing important, but since deep links are intercepted also from the Android action popup pheraphs changing the label of the activity in manifest with another one helps to avoid confusion among the users. Actually the label you set is: "Hidden". See picture. "Start/Stop server" or something similar should be a better choice...

That may be worth logging and sharing the log with details about how to reproduce.
That option (disable Undo) has existed for as long as the Undo feature has existed. As has been recently discussed in this thread the Undo feature and setting was were recently rearranged, split into Recycle Bin and Undo, which require that we disable the Recycle Bin and or Undo one time after this update. After you disable them again that setting should persist. Coincidental to your post, the FAQ is being updated regarding Recycle/Undo at this moment - link to be shared shortly.

If the material is dynamic so pre-selected list of files is not applicable, then a regex expression to take action on all files in the directory might be exactly what you want. Regex is a big topic but that should be an easy one to find as it is probably fairly common.

Pardon a side rant about Google. It should be easy to find top level results for "regex expression to move all files" since move all describes a very specific criteria which is almost certainly the most common such command other than moving an individual file, but Google's algorithms in their infinite wisdom provide nothing but links to descriptions of more detailed matching of patterns. Hey Boogle, the pattern is "ALL". Gahhhhhhh!

The following command does a recursive comparison — i.e. it also compares any folder within the specified ones — and returns the differences, if any, in a sorted list under STDOUT. For the sake of simplicity*, place both folders in the same directory (folder) and proceed from within that directory.
- 3dot menu (in address bar) > Execute
- Enter the following command, replacing folder1 and folder2 with their actual names**:
diff -qr 'folder1' 'folder2' | sort
- EXECUTE
* When using absolute paths, that command can be executed from any directory on folders located anywhere on your device.
** If a folder name contains the'character, use"in the command, or (best practice) rename the folder.9
He wants the list of files from the Android media store instead of searching directories. Because it's faster to get all files from the media store in a second. But he's requesting to separate files from internal and external storage.

But I remember it was possible to create a custom list for media store and bookmark it. I should take a look at it again.
Edit: Open the APK bookmark > Open the filter input box > select 'Prefix' from the filter menu options > Type /storage/emulated/0/ > Tap on the right arrow button to open the new list > Long-press on the address bar and Add-to > Bookmarks. Now you have a new bookmark with APKs from the internal storage. You can do the same for any other directory. -
