You stated:
"
but better removing a potential dangerous tool than having it and taking the risk that some user loss some important data."
That statement seems to suggest that the tool should be removed. If that is an incorrect interpretation then please clarify what your statement was intended to convey. Also, even though you seemed to suggest the removal of the tool I was cautious and made sure not to explicitly say that you did so.

I stated:
"
I share @simonbellu's concern about the documents directory" (in other words I agree with what you're saying about that)... and...
since it has been mentioned, I'm +1 to removal.. "
I did not say you suggested the removal of the tool (even though you did seem to suggest its removal). I said "
since it [the idea of removal] was mentioned". I left the +1 because you did seem to be suggesting the removal of the tool, but if my interpretation of that statement is incorrect then please clarify, and if your intent was not to suggest removing the utility then I will modify that +1 comment if you are bothered by it.
This is an open development forum where we are free to express our opinions, in fact that is part of the purpose. You expressed your opinion (then later seemed to deny that you did so) and then I expressed my opinion and other people expressed their opinions. Yes, these decisions are up to the developer but part of that decision-making process is the opinion of users. If all users don't like something then the developer might not include it because it would be bad for app distribution. This is especially the case when there are potential hazards such as with remnant scanner, in which case it is entirely reasonable for people to suggest modifying the utility or removing it.
You seem to see these varied opinions as "votes" but again this is an open forum and those varied opinions which you call votes are reasonable and productive input whether they are in agreement with you or not. The desire to shut down discussion after sharing an opinion but before anyone else can state their opinions is not in alignment with the purpose of open forums such as this.
Once again you resort to personal attacks. I have neither misrepresented what you have said (even though you have misrepresented what I have said) nor have I attacked you. Please refrain from your own personal attacks. That fact that you don't use a name makes them no less inappropriate.
P.S. You said you would ignore me. What happened?
