i use the homepage all the time, my swipe to right is opening homepage which I can access my SD card and my internal storage on my PC also my Google drive and quickly open one of them and do my stuff, what about the left drawer? hmm, the thing is it it's located on the top left corner which means the hardest point of your screen that your thumb reach, you know what I mean right? so the homepage is the most visited place i go with only one right swipe, and now it is a mess for me, internal storage is your phone storage, it should be on top always with Type Ascending, it doesn't make any sense if any other types of file or folder stay above it by default. i was using the free version. I decide I should get the paid one for the automatic update and supporting the developer, but when used the new version my homepage was ruined. i don't think it's getting fixed. so i should live with it

As I mentioned previously, I do not use the homepage. I merely shared the observation about grouping because that seems to be a factor in what you reported. Repeatedly trying to convince me about why you want the homepage a certain way is pointless, there is nothing to convince because I don't use it and I am not the developer. You have asked your question and stated your preference. Users of MiX checked it out and provided advice. We now know more about what might be one factor but we don't know why the change was made. Maybe it's a glitch, maybe it's something the developer had to do, so wait for the developer to return to the thread and see if they provide an explanation for the change. Maybe they can even do something to accommodate what you want but repeatedly declaring how important it is to you is not necessary, you have already said that it is important to you.

If you are looking at the possibility of using the bookmarks drawer instead of the home page, find the option where you tried to disable the swipe right opening the drawer. I'm pretty sure it's not fussy, otherwise there wouldn't be all these posts from people who are outraged that the damned drawer keeps opening when they don't want it.

Rename '.zip' extension to '.cbz'.

Is it possible to directly paste clipboard content to filename without going to rename box . I want a shortcut to rename files.

When i batch select files, an option should be there in the toolbar to paste directly clipboard content to the filename.

but unfortunately case my USB remove notworked(enable OTG check and uncheck both tryed)

It's not entirely clear whether you're running the FTP server in MiX or on the other device but either way you should be able to do this. If you are running the server in MiX and if MiX has local access to the USB drive then, with the USB drive attached configure the server to present that drive to users. Disclaimer, a fuzzy old memory says this might work but I'm not certain.

I can't mount an ExFat drive with custom OTG.

I have MiXplorer 6.64.3 on LineageOS 20 on a Pixel 4A with root via Magisk. MiXplorer is set to use root and custom OTG is enabled. I was previously able to mount ExFat drives with the Pixel's stock, but rooted Android 11.

With MiXplorer open, I plug in the drive and a dialog appears asking if I want to grant MiXplorer access. When I say yes, a toast pops up with "libs.ym2". The drive is not added to MiXplorer's available storage options.

Yes, then it just comes up with the usual DocumentProvider directory selection UI, which cannot see the drive at all because the OS (bizarrely) lacks ExFat support. The custom OTG driver used to be a usable workaround.

I would expect that an FTP client would find its way to one of the server's external drives by referring to that external drive's mount point in the server's filesystem. Unless the server "starts" (i.e., specifies as the default directory) at the root of the server's filesystem (AKA "/"), there just is no way for the client to refer to the external drive. (All right, "unless the default directory is no lower than a directory containing a mount point of the external drive".) I don't think Mixplorer bookmarks are available to an FTP client. (Again, unless Mixplorer bookmarks manifest as files in a directory and that directory is accessible to the client.)

Did you try as @IronTechmonkey suggested, define a server in Mixplorer whose default directory *is* the USB drive? I don't know how easy it will be, I don't remember whether a content provider will work, or whether you will need to use one of the five mount points Android produced when you connected the USB device.

Expanding on previous suggestion to "with the USB drive attached configure the server to present that drive to users"... root of internal SD is used by default unless you configure the server to use other location.

MiX FAQ servers post (link in FAQ OP1) > Account settings > To edit an existing account.

I get the impression that the default is being used and that is what the client sees. IIRC, the server configuration should present the drive for use if MiX can otherwise see it. Not obvious from looking at the interface but easy.

When it used to work, did you also use Content Provider? Were there mount points in /storage, /media_rw, etc.?

Android does not mount the drive. Android never mounted the drive. Google's kernel does not have support for the filesystem. I did not use Content Provider. There were no mount points.

The only way I could access ExFat drives on my phone was using MiXplorer and the custom OTG driver. I imagine I could also install a kernel that does have ExFat support, but that's a rabbit hole I'm trying not to go down.
