Is anyone else having an issue opening the camera from sleep with Magisk V 19.1? It worked great before that update, and all other actions are working for me. Pixel 3 on April update.
After the may security update it stopped working for multiple people too. I published a new Edge Sense Plus version to the playstore that should be available in a few.
Hope it fixes it for you too.
If not, maybe you installed an alternative camera and didn't set a default one?

Strangely, since the v37 update, the mod no longer works on my pixel 3 (may update) with magisk 19.1 and edge sense plus 1.13.5. with v36 it still worked.

Check the install log when installing v37, any errors?
You are the first reporting it not working on v37 and its out for 1.5 weeks now.
Thank you for your fast response!
It seems there have been no errors while installing. Attached to this post are the install log and the current magisk log.
Best regards and thanks for your work and commitment!

can you check with cmd or file explorer if the SystemUIGoogle.apk is indeed in /sbin/.magisk/img/active_edge_mod/system/priv-app/SystemUiGoogle/
Also did you by chance disabled/freezed the Google Application?

the SystemUIGoogle.apk is located in /sbin/.magisk/img/active_edge_mod/system/priv-app/SystemUiGoogle/ and did not freeze or disable the google app.

So with stopped working you mean that Google Assisstant pops up instead of your action you set in Edge Sense Plus, right?
We had another few cases where for ever reason the module stopped working. What helped was uninstalling magisk with the magisk uninstaller, reinstall magisk and then the module.

Nope, the assistant does not pop up, it simply does not react, no vibration or for example turning of the screen.

And I just uninstalled and reinstalled magisk + the module to no avail...

If the assisstant does not pop up even that is bad.
Is that even the case with the module not installed?
If you got to the native Active Edge Settings and set the sensitivty, will there be any feedback? If not it could be an HW issue even.

After uninstalling the mod (and rebooting) the assistant pops up and. haptic feedback is available. would it be possible to get the version prior to the latest update (Pixell 3A compatibility) in order to test it's functionality? Only after I upgraded to the latest version of the mod edge sense plus ceased to work.

Pretty sure the files for regular Pixel 3 didn't change.
Will check in an hour.

Nothing changed for the regular Pixel 3.
Can you take a logcat while you squeeze a couple of times?
