I have one stupid question that do I need to re-do again with the V1.1 if I'm ok with the V1.0 (rooted with adb). Thanks! :p

Hi there. Thanks for the root, but there is a problem. I have a Xperia Play. After the reboot i miss most of my app-shortcuts in my Launcher. When i open the market and try to open the apps, it works, but there are no links/icons anymore in my launcher?!

Before rooting, i applied this nice little "trick":

http://androidforums.com/desire-tip...ed-device-noobs-guide-updated-09-02-11-a.html

Is there a conflict between these 2 methods?

Any fix for my problem?

Edit: Never mind....after a second reboot everything is fine :) Thanks :)

I installed v1.10 with 'adb install' to a Nexus S running stock, locked, never-rooted 2.3.3 (which was a manual update from 2.3.2 for me). It didn't automatically run installing this way. I may have just glossed over it but I didn't see it in the app drawer at first. I did see it in Manage Applications though so I rebooted. Found it in the app drawer, ran it, it rebooted, and I have superuser in my app drawer now. I opened a local shell in ConnectBot, typed su, and was prompted to allow/deny. Selecting allow I received a '#' prompt in the shell. So I'd say it worked!

Can finally load Titanium for a full app data backup and flash clockwork/cm7!
