How to install:
Download file from attachment
Copy NotoColorEmoji.ttf to /system/fonts
Copy LatinIME.apk to /system/app/LatinIME
Copy The libs goes to /system/lib

Permissions are 644.

@Paget96 Is there anyway to open an apk directly without installing it, I know that you have done a research on it so I guess you might have found a way. Sorry for posting on the wrong thread but I tried contacting you in facebook there was no rep.

@Paget96 I want to build an app which can notify me after I've consumed 100 mb (customisable from the GUI) with a very basic UI with complete material design and no ads (ads don't suit material apps xD). It's my dream from some months but I'm not getting Java so can you do it for me.

you need libs for it, take from gapps or AOSP, see will it work, just place them on right path

dont use with [ROM] Project Lucky S7 Style ROM for i9301i/i9300i [RELEASED/1.2]
you'll get an keep restarting devices, bootloop isnt it only boot animation looping? idk...
anyways: to fix just delete the new files in your recovery, dont forget to mount system!
