When you click on the 3-dot menu, the "star" icon isn't present? I am on the prior version based on Chromium 77. So don't know if it's been changed or not in the newer build.I'm sure this must be a remedial question, but I'm flummoxed by it... how do I bookmark the current page?
Menu (hamburger/three dots)- Bookmarks shows "Mobile bookmarks", and the ability to "Import" - from a file, not the current page - or Export.
Menu - "Add to Home Screen" works... but adds to the Android Launcher (Nova, in my case) home screen, not to Kiwi's home page.
Thanks
Oh good grief. Yes, it's there, it works. I didn't notice it and they don't document it. Sheesh. Thanks. When you click on the 3-dot menu, the "star" icon isn't present? I am on the prior version based on Chromium 77. So don't know if it's been changed or not in the newer build.
Yes, the position of the open in tab group is determined...... randomlyNew Tab Management Issue
As well as really liking the new build, I actually like the new tab system (now controlled by Settings-I use the new Grid). But one change is uncomfortable for me - when you enter a new link, the pop up menu now puts the "open in a new tab" as the second option. The first option is "add to a group".
Surely this is backwards - the group option should be second as 99% of the time, I/we would just want to open a simple new tab. Now you have to think more and focus finger down a list, vs.. something more intuitive and natural. Hopefully others can weigh in. Thanks.
Good to know - Thanks for the great work.Yes, the position of the open in tab group is determined...... randomly
which is complete non-sense, so in version .18 I removed the randomness and always put it second
