I'm experiencing exactly the same issue.. something is not working.

I I create a task in tasker and then I call it from commandr it partially works: command recognized.. but nothing executed.
If I use tasker to create a scene, triggered by plugin commandr on phrase recognition, that execute my tasks.. nothing happen.. google now run a web search :p

Same here. I had everything automated from within Commandr to talk through to Tasker tasks, but about 4 weeks ago Google Now started behaving oddly and triggering the tasks again almost, once with a search, the other with the command. Now it seems to (sometimes) look like it's registering the trigger event, but nothing gets calls.

For a brief while it worked going from Commandr scenes through to tasker tasks. but now this doesn't work either.

Note, the tasker tasks themselves all individually work.

Like many others, I can't get Tasker tasks to work. Same symptoms as already reported. Bummer.
The other issue I'm facing is with the screen off, when I trigger Google Now from my bluetooth headset, that Commandr doesn't seem to intercept the commands. Even using the in-built commands like 'battery status' I receive the response "not sure how to help with "battery status". Works fine if the screen is on.
Have I missed something obvious here?

05-05 08:20:47.479 W/PackageManager(758): Unknown permission com.mohammadag.googlesearchapi.permission.ACCESS_GGOGLE_SEARCH_API in package com.RSen.Commandr

I can't seem to get Commandr to respond from my Ok Google Commands to my Moto 360. Occasionally, a message will pop up on my phone upon invoking the Ok google command on my watch, saying "While watch is listening, you should speak to it". But saying any of the built-in commands to the watch does nothing on the phone. But saying it to the phone (even via Touchless controls) makes the command go through (i.e. turn off wifi).

Any help getting Android Wear to play nice? I installed Xposed framework and checked the box in Commandr, then it redirects me to the Accessibility settings to disable the Commandr Accessibility service, but when I disable it, Google Now on the phone no longer responds to the built in commands. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

Same here. N6 5.1.1 moto360

It seems to me that commandr stopped triggering profiles in tasker after last update of Google app from Play store.

At last they've gave some info in Play store, that they are aware of the problem and working on it.
Now, waiting is more comfortable, knowing it is going to be fixed (I was about to look for another app).

Keeping users in the dark is not good for the app's stars.

I know. I'm so sorry about that. Trust me I'm really trying my best... Lacrosse ends sometime between tomorrow and next saturday (depending on playoffs) and school ends a couple of weeks after that, then I'll get some quality time to work more on this app...

Hi!!

Version 3.4.1 seems to works Ok again. Thanks for the work, I dont understand people complaining about the delay on update, we have to understand that people has more life (and stuff to do) beyond developing apps.

Regards!

Root Commands are working again, but there is a small problem...
When using reboot or shut down phone, the command does work, but it cannot be removed from recent app list. If you clear list, all apps will clear...but when you look again these same 2 are back. Shutting down or rebooting phone doesn't help, at this time, I see no way or removing them permanently...this was not a problem before.

EDIT: I restored from backup & problem is now gone...and so is this app.

Hi please could I have some help.
I've been trying to get various versions of your app to work for the last few months with no luck.
The note to self function works fine. However when I go to the setup wizard and enable the accessibility service - I still cannot get commands to work without Note To Self.
The watch simply throws me to the android wear settings for e.g. when entering "Turn off wifi".
Any help please ? I have also tried the xposed+search API as I believe this is an alternative to the accessibility service ? Also with no lucky

Hi Commandr 3.4.1 cant intercept when screen is locked
google now fires and searches for the words but commandr doesn't run

My phone is a MotoX gen1 android version 4.4.4 so google now can be triggered directly from sleep

I confirm. I'm using tasker to launch Google Now by pressing button in my headset. But
when screen is locked, Commandr doesn't work what causes I can't activate tasks by voice when phone is in my pocket.

I've got a problem with Tasker and CommandR. If I have a profile triggered by "foo" if I say for example: "bar" (google search for "bar" as usual), then I say "foo" the task is triggered but if I say "bar" and then "foo" again doesn't work. It seems that the trigger works only the first time. I'm using the google app version 4.9.22.19.arm

I just found a bug on the German translation for turning rotation lock on and off.uploadfromtaptalk1439669782881.png

The description of the command is just inversed. That means that the standards keywords are correct and if you say to activate the rotation lock it activates it, but the "active rotation lock keywords" are under the headline "disactivate rotation lock" and vice versa.

Quick update on progress on removing requirement of "note to self" for root uses...

This was implemented successfully using MohammadAG's Google Now API, but unfortunately it seems that this api has many bugs and has to be updated for the new version of Google Search. As soon as this is updated (he is on vacation right now), I will add this functionality :) For now, rolling back changes...
