Weather is not working atm.
Yahoo closed the weather api.
Plz take a look in official thread.

Chronus clock widget won't show weather when applied with widgetlocker

Been trying to create a new lockscreen but when i apply the widget through widgetlocker to the lockscreen, it only shows the time and not the weather. When you apply the widget several options show up including display weather which I applied but even after expanding the widget size and swipping around on the widget itself, the weather info never shows up.

Android 4.1 is not the min required 4.2. Did you read the thread title....its standing there... No 4.2 no cLock
