Yeah I thought it was fixed so gutted that this has happened. A reinstall fixes it so definitely not sure what causes it I'll try not to mess with too much with the settings.

If you enable any experimental setting you should at least mention it when you report "Bromite is not working".

I've not touched any of the flags just the generic settings like force zoom and its only the video that doesn't seem to work when I update.

Apologies if I didn't make that clear, the rest of the browser is spot on.

Credits go for 99% to the open source Chromium project; the patches of Bromite are less than 1% probably. Can you test if you have the same issues with the corresponding Chromium? https://www.bromite.org/chromium

arm_ChromeModernPublic.apk can't be installed - it reports error, that app can't be installed.

also, apk version didn't change in 64.0.3282.204. it's still 64.0.3282.193, and the build number is even lower - 1519522724.

The new builds for .204 solve this problem and I have re-activated the release; the x86 builds are not yet ready but will be within some hours

Yep. In Bitwarden app I select "Scan when the password field is selected" and I do get a notification when I press a password field.

Disable chrome://flags/#tab-management-experiment-type and they are gone!

How can you disable it on newest Version?

EDIT: Sorry it's working the same, they just renamed the option so I didn't find it.

I fixed it; now it auto-detects armv8 as 64bit as it should be

Is possible to have a different package name for the Webview, so can be installed without overriding the system one?

According to android documentation it should be possible and it allows us to choose the custom one from Setting>Developer Options.

It is the (Chromium) Engine for all apps which show webpages .. For eg jelly browser in lineage OS

And yeah..
It blocks ads and has all patches the main bromite app has..
@csagan5 can u plz build vanilla chromium webview (instead of vanilla chromium as chromium.woolys.com already has latest builds from Google servers) if possible ??
