Hi.
Been using the free app for a while and just decided to buy it, great app. I'd like to add a feature request. A button that would end playback after the current song would be great. Maybe "Stop/Pause after this song'. I hate stopping a song half way through but sometimes you need to stop your listening half way through an album.

I would give it 5 stars and will buy / upgrade to the pro version if you can solve a problem for me: I have several playlists each one with lots of songs but your player doesn't remember the song or position of the last play of each of them, it only remembers it in the queue reproduction.
I would like each playlist to act as a separate play queue, 5 stars and will buy the version if they add this feature.

I love Omnia Music Player, but when using it in my car, I can't find an option to keep the screen turned on. I have it plugged into a USB cord to keep it charging.

I'd love the option to have the player keep the screen turned on. It's annoying to have to stop the car to safely turn it back on.

Hi, I'm enjoying this app but I'm having an issue where every time I restart my phone, my music library is removed completely and Omnia says "No songs detected." This frustratingly requires a complete library rescan every time, which takes 15-20 minutes for me. My music folders still remain selected in the settings through restarts, but all my songs are wiped clean.

Also, sometimes when transitioning from 1 song to another, the volume becomes abnormally loud for a second and then drops down to it's correct state. I have Replaygain enabled, and it's as if sometimes it doesn't register right away?

Running the latest version of Android 12.

Hello, I'm hoping to fix an issue I'm having where no new music I add to my phone is showing up in Omnia. The files are visible on my phone from an SD card and they do play on the phone's generic player. I haven't changed a thing on my end, my entire library from before is still there, I've rescanned my library, added more folder permissions, restarted my phone, force closed the app, checked for updates, 95% of my music is mp4 from my iTunes, I tried to convert the new music to mp3 and that didn't work either. I've also downloaded legit mp3s after paying for them from bandcamp.com and they didn't work either. Please help, I don't want to find another app to use

There is "add to playing queue" menu items, for album, artist, and when you select multiple songs.

Sadly is not like the "add to playing queue" on Foobar2000 desktop, where it changes to that just queued track/beat as soon the now-playing file reach the end no matter if playing on repeat 1 track mode (beat looped).

A shame i still can't find any player on Android that can do that.

This player, as well as on all the rest players i tested, takes "playing queue" as a regular playlist, not as a "real time playing" queue.

Hi there,

I've been using this music player for +6 months now and really enjoy it.

One annoying issue is that the alphabetical scroll doesn't work 80% of the time when I try to put my finger on the scrolling bar on the right of the screen to activate it.

Are you aware of this and if so trying to fix it?

Had shuffle and repeat buttons previously in Android auto. They disappeared. Then at one point they reappeared. Now they're gone again....

Audiobook playback almost works
I've been looking for a media player that handles Music as well as Audiobooks, and found this one.

The bookmark feature partially works; I have noticed that the bookmark is only maintained on an individual track basis. This would work better if the bookmark also saved which track within the playlist as well.

Tapping the play button, always starts at the beginning of the first track, if I tap the correct chapter file, then it picks up from where I left off. But this assumes making a note as to which chapter I was last listening to; not too cumbersome with a minimal number of long tracks, but more troublesome when it is a long title of many tracks.

In respect to music playback, spot on!

Can you please add a button where when you select multiple songs you can "Add to Playlist"? Right now when I select multiple songs it just says, "Add to queue." If I were to "add to queue," then I have to open the queue, make sure it's just those multiple songs I selected, and then I can add the queue to the playlist. That just becomes more of a hassle.

So I've paid for the premium version but rather disappointed that tag edits can't be saved. Why include edit tag functionally when edits can't or won't save!? Bug or design? Please fix

I'm a long time user, even paid for Pro version and I have a feature request:
The auto-play on bluetooth connect feature is really great, but I need it to only be active with my car bluetooth (think of a whitelist of BT devices to choose from). Everytime I'm on a vacation and use bluetooth speakers, this feature kicks in and the music stars with volume through the roof automatically. If the feature is not active at all, the phone only connects to speakers and lets me lower the volume first.

Does using Android's native decoders (as Pulsar does) offer performance advantages over Omnia's custom decoders?
Is there hardware accelerated decoding in either decoder, or are both decoders performing software decoding?

Hello, after trying several music players for Android, I have decided to keep Omnia, and also to purchase it to reward and support your work.
But if I may, I believe there are a few things (which I have seen in other players and) which could be further improved:
- For less known artists, the artist image is often wrong, while the album art is still correct. Could it be possible to add the option to use the album arts as artist pictures?
- For albums of a same artist, I see there is already the option to order them per year of release. Nice, but... Why is the year of release not being showed up? Could it be possible to add it in the album information?
- I see that the app assumes that two albums with the same name are the same album. In another app I have seen the option to combine albums on the basis of multiple criteria (for example album name and year or album name and artist name), and not just on the basis of the album name. Could it be possible to look at such a feature?
I realize I am asking for a lot. I am excited to have found an almost perfect player, and I would love to help you make it reach perfection.

Feater Request: Please add a progress bar or file count to the Rescan Library feature. I recently move my music to the SD card in my phone, and now it takes hours to rescan the library. It takes 5-10 sec to just access a file, longer if it is a new/changed file that needs to be re-read.
