Thanks for the update: the root problem is fixed :good:
But if I try to backup to external storage it says: external storage not foundd ! :crying: and it does the backup in internal storage !
Sorry for the bad news !

Great and feedback is good, my device doesn't take an sdcard.
What is the path for your external storage?
Eg. /storage/sdcard0

Yes , you did it :good::good::victory:
Backup now works on external SD but it's necessary to uninstall the previous version otherwise no write to the ext SD !

@hinxnz Restore wifi no works on oreo roms. Restore bluetooth works fine. Last version.
I hope that you fix it for oreo roms in the next update.

Neither wifi nor BT worked for me when I went from 7.1.2 to 8.0 on the same device. The wifi conf file shows all the connections and passwords if I open the file in an editor, but they don't show up in the wifi list available in the device settings and the BT devices that I once had connected are not listed either.

Any reason my wifi restore's not working? They're in the wpa_supplication.conf file but are not restored (even though the app tells me otherwise). Bluetooth restored just fine though. I'm running Nougat on a Samsung S5 Neo (SM-903W). Thanks!

Restore did NOT work for me either on my Pixel XL just upgraded to Oreo 8.1. Neither BT or WiFi pairings were restored.

I was kind of impressed when I got my pixel 2 XL that Google actually restored everything. I still love this app and if I root again I will be using it for sure.

Me too.Today I restored everything on my Redmi 4 Prime with Miui 8.Before this,I had to make a .txt backup with wifikeyrecovery and reconnecting networks and bluetooths one to one.Thank you.

Hey I love this app, thanks for your work!

I just have one quick question/request (if it's possible):

Could there be an option to backup the pairings to a folder that isn't hidden? I normally have my file explorer to hide hidden folders (just to have it cleaner looking). However, when clean flashing my ROM, because the pairs folder is hidden, I tend to forget to transfer that folder to my PC before wiping my device

Having the option to save the pairings in a normal folder would help with that! Again, if this is possible; if the app's nature doesn't allow for this, that's completely fine and I can get used to hidden folders being visible, just thought I'd give it a shot and ask!

Same, I don't think 8.1 is supported yet.

Hi, just a curiosity question, does it temper system files (and that's why root is needed), or is it just data ? I need to know if this is tempering system partition, because if it's the case, my ROM will not update any more with official OTAs...
