On a Samsung S20 I get the following error when I try to watch a certain stream. This is the error.

On a Xiaomi Mi 11T the stream works without any problems.
I tried to change the player with MX Player and VLC but they also don't play the stream.
What could be the problem? How can I resolve it?

Hello, you can make a backup on your first device and then restore it on your second device. This feature is available in Televizo.

Hello, if your video is working on other devices, and is not working on your Samsung phone in Televizo and other video players, then it's something with your device. Try to restart your device, it may help.

Hello, in the latest Televizo version Backup and Restore option is available. Realtime sync is not available at this moment.

Since some time I'm getting an issue with EPG.
EPG disappeared suddenly from the app.
I'm check the 3 x EPG links i'm using, and all of them are ok on a computer (it has all the necessary data into the file). Of course, I've tried to force the update for the 3 EPG, Televizo download, then instal the file, but there is no information for the channel.
I've cleared the cache... still the same .
I'm using the app on 2 x Nvidia-Shield, and the problem is the same with the 3 iptv providers.
Any help will be welcome.

Sorry, I can reply to my post...
The problem was coming from the Date/time of te system...
After updating, the EPG came back !!! ;-)
