Installed the app just fine. The drivers say they installed but after the reboot it doesn't think they are installed. Ideas?
That wasn't really nice , I am sure it happens to every one once In a while. Let's be courteous and share , you have nothing to loose in that [emoji4]Really? Did I hurt your feelings or something?
Good luck with getting Viper to run on your device. This isn't the correct forum, but you now know that.
Read the OP, you have to set the SELinux mode to Permissive instead of Enforcing.Installed the app just fine. The drivers say they installed but after the reboot it doesn't think they are installed. Ideas?
The lolliviper zip works on OnePlus One?I did and got no response, everything is working after flashing this lolliviper zip, your zip replaces the audio_policy.conf which then breaks call recording, have tried to compare "stock" to your modified one but I am not smart enough to see what is causing the problem, with the lolliviper zip all I can see is that it comments out the deep buffer lines which seems to be enough to get v4a working with all streaming apps
No idea what happened? Has anyone reported before that instructions in the OP get them in this state?Read the OP, you have to set the SELinux mode to Permissive instead of Enforcing.
It works on Omni 6.0, just set the kernel to permissive mode on any other MM ROM.did anyone test viper on latest android 6.0 roms?
Can i change SELinux mode back to default(enforcing) after flashing the Viper app from recovery?Important: Only for CM12/CM12.1 and CM12/CM12.1/AOSP based ROMs with Android 5.0.x/5.1.0. Make sure to set the SELinux mode to Permissive instead of Enforcing using SELinux Mode Changer.
No you have to have it set at permissive all time to make it work. Can i change SELinux mode back to default(enforcing) after flashing the Viper app from recovery?

I'm on official CM OS 12.1 rooted. Can i flash this? Will it remove AudioFX as well? Also is the version included the latest viper mod.
Forgive me for being a noob but I'm new to this.
Attached is a screenshot of my current setup.
Permissive kernel.. I use on mm and it works totally fine..Doesn't seem to be working as of a few builds ago on CM marshmallow. The driver never stays installed. Prompts you to install after reboot. Tried moving Viper into system/priv-app but no luck there either![]()
