This is Sony's brand new 3D Creator, first discovered on Xperia XZ1's stock firmware.
Basically, 3D Creator lets you create 3D models with Sony's superb scanning tech: Introduction Video
Everything is explained on 3D Creator's official YouTube channel.
This app also includes a Live Wallpaper that you can setup to show any 3D model in your collection, which can then be rotated on your home screen.
BONUS: While you're in the app, go to Settings and tap "Software version" a few times to unlock "Developer settings".

Your device is compatible only if...
1) It supports Camera2 API (passes the Manual Camera Compatibility test)
NOTE: If your device does not support Camera2 API, when starting the tutorial, the app will hang on loading the camera.
2) It has an Adreno 420/430/530/540 GPU (Generally speaking, Snapdragon 8XX SoC)

NOTE: Non-Xperia devices are only supported up to version 1.0.A.2.0.

Your ROM is compatible only if...
1) It is at least Android Marshmallow (1.0.A.0.76) or at least Android Nougat (1.0.A.1.10-1.0.A.2.0).
2) It is rooted (it has to be a system app for most users).
3) It is an Xperia ROM, or "Sony Apps Enabler" was flashed to your ROM.
4) It is OpenCL-enabled (check with OpenCL-Z)
NOTE: Google disabled OpenCL on their Nexus devices on stock ROM since Android 4.4.4.
5) It is not AOSP-based.
NOTE: An AOSP-based ROM will ignore 3D Creator's 32-bit libs, which makes the app crash.

Download it from APKMirror:
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/sony-mobile-communications/3d-creator/

The 3D Creator app runs on Xperia X, the scan will start, but stops in a moment. Never mind, I tried the application. I'll buy Xperia XZ 1 later ?

Sent from my Sony Xperia X using XDA Labs

At least it works. You could do a Logcat at least so I could take a look at the issue.
I'm using it on my Xiaomi Mi 5 (with Camera2 enabled) and I have no issues at all.

Somebody pls upload it on gdrive or something

Sony has personally asked not to publish the APK on this forum, what did you not understand?

And for the rest of you, stop spamming my inbox with requests.

Crashes on launch with the Pixel XL on Oreo (dunno if that is to be expected). logcat attached
Not sure if i did it wright

To solve the UnsatisfiedLinkError you'll need to move the APK to system/app which will make it a system app.
It seems to be a common issue with stock-based ROMs for some reason. Seems like non-system apps can't use system libraries.
This is a leaked application that Sony has requested we remove until it's available publicly.
Well then, it's always available on APKMirror or the official XZ1 or XZ1 Compact firmware, people will just have to resign it (and for non-Xperia devices they'll have to remove <uses-library android:name="com.sonymobile.device" android:required="true"/>

This is just an apk ported from the /system/priv-app on the XZ1. It won't work without Sony Framework and the support of the native 3D sensor in the camera

Please, cut the nonsense. It doesn't need the Sony Framework, and there is no "native 3D sensor" in the camera. You just made that up.
It's all software. It works perfectly on Xiaomi Mi 5 with MIUI on it, no Sony framework and no "native 3D sensor" here.

I thought you said to push it as system app or i didn't understand correctly? To do that you need root access, wright?
    Yes.
