I tried to get it working on my S9+ to no avail. GoodLock gave me connection error...so couldn't access the navstar app.
Install, for exapmple Activity manager
and you can start NavStar activity.

How do I get the navstar, I downloaded the good lock 2018 and activity manager. But can find navstar
That's because Navstar requires Android 8.1 minimum os ?

Actually I was trying it on the Pie Beta. I did get Navstar to work with a shortcut app from playstore. What won't work though is GoodLock 2018. Gives an error, see screenshot

Good lock will make ur device bootloop on Pie. Already few people report it, even Samsung says they update it to pie. It's a lie. Look at Reddit. Anyway if you install it and have bootloop, format factory will fix your device.
Looks like Good Lock apks are already out. SamMobile already uploaded the apks on their site. I downloaded them and make a mirror for fast downloading.

I downloaded and installed, navstar, edgelighting, and clockface with all working. Had to make a shortcut to navstar though.
GoodLock installed but gives an error:
"There was a network or server error. Try again later. -The mapper function returned a null value."
Edit: clockface will change the lockscreen clock until you reboot then the clock resorts to the default clock and you have to go to the clockface settings and set it up again.

Probably because it's not available everywhere. One way is to use VPN and to remove your sim card.

Edge lighting+ not working.. once i try to access it,takes me to galaxy store and say app no more available..help

INTRODUCTION-----
A couple of years ago, Samsung launched an app for many of its Galaxy smartphones called Good Lock. When installed, it served as the lock screen for those phones, along with adding a number of other user interface customization features. However, Samsung retired the app after the release of Android 7.0 Nougat. Now the company has decided to revive the Good Lock app, with the launch of a new version in its home country of South Korea supporting Touchwiz Oreo.

Q- Will You Explain What is goodlock ?
A- During the Android Marshmallow days, Samsung released a powerful UI customization app called Good Lock. The unexpected app from Samsung was a big hit among the Android enthusiasts as it allowed them to change many parts of the Samsung Android UI to their liking. The developer team behind the app was very responsive to customer feedback and kept improving the app immensely based on all the suggestions and complaints.
Unfortunately, the app was no longer available after the release of the Android Nougat update. There were promises from the team that the app will be back but nothing materialized so far. Thankfully, it appears Samsung has finally released a new version of the Good Lock app

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLOCKFACE-----
1) To use ClockFace, sideload this APK. You will also need the latest version of the Always On Display installed which can be found here.
2) Go to Settings then select Lock screen and security.
3) Tap the Clock and FaceWidgets option, then select Clock style.
4) In the options, Clock style will show all of the default options. At the end of the list, you will see a new icon (pictured below).
5) When you select that, you will be able to select one of the 29 new designs for the clock and Always on Display.
6) Once you select an option, you have to make sure you click Apply in the top right corner, then Done to make sure it’s applied.
7)The clock styles also allow you to change the color of the clock. The colors can be set to adaptive, which is the default and the color will change depending on the wallpaper. It also has options for static and rainbow colors.
