Um, you could upload anything on market basically. It won't protect you from anything.

TO THE DEVELOPER:
I think this keyboard may actually/finally be the perfect Swype killer. The problem with Swype is that as the popularity grows so does the money for the developers, and by extension, their business. We all know that in most cases, small third party developers will usually beat the big companies because they are more focused and comitted. As Swype loses its punch, which it is due to the many other alternatives being recognized all we need is one last swing to kill it. This is it. I would be very enthused if I was chosen as a beta tester.
