[APP][Android 4.4+][ROOT] EX Kernel Manager

I have a pixel 3a XL with Android 10 build QQ1A.191205.011 from two years ago. It has ex kernel and ElemntalX and also Magisk 20.4 and the app is 23.0. I haven't taken many Android updates and have one that says 270 days late that is 1.3 GB. Is it possible to install this update or will that do something to affect root? I don't know much about all this and don't want to have to go through any process where I have to connect my pixel to a computer because I haven't been able to get it to connect for a while. I just installed this ElementalX to try to extend my battery life, so just wondering if I should take the update? Thanks

after formatting my pixel 3 i am unable to flash kernel via exkm.
it showing as 'can't create dir /tmp/anykernel' - read only files sytem.
device is rooted ( try flashing through fmk manager i can flash
without any issue...)...but through ex manager is suddenly broken..weird)
any advice.

Does this still have a way to tweak low memory killer values? I don't see the page for it on my Pixel 4XL with Android 12 and Kirisakura kernel.
I am trying to disable ZRAM but the lmk is killing apps due to low ZRAM as a result:
"reason: low watermark is breached and swap is low (0kB < 209712KB)"

The kernel-based lowmemorykiller is not used anymore, there is now a userspace daemon. I don't know whether any settings are available to tweak it. This is something I might look into.

I see dtbo and dlkm backups in settings now in the app. With the Pixel 6 pro, some devs modify dlkm.img and it needs flashed as well so my question is, can we flash those files as well in the app? I'm thinking no but I wanted to ask. Thanks Flar2

Yes, that's why I added those. Use them to flash dtbo and vendor_dlkm

I think on most devices you can turn of the limit with an option in the menu at upper right on the color control screen.
Thanks, but I don't see the option. I guess it is not enabled for Pixel 5?
The custom kernel I'm currently using has a kcal_min level of 0, and I can confirm it works using astronomy mode in FKM. However, I much prefer using EXKM (nothing against Franco, I'm actually a big fan of both of you guys). Do you know what else can I do?

The flasher is only for the kernel backup, which is just a boot.img that could also be flashed manually or in recovery. The others need to be restored from their respective screens on the tools page because they need to go to the proper partition (and other stuff needs to happen for the dklm image) -
