[App] aodNotify - Notification Light / LED for S10, NEW: Notification preview!!

First of all, Jawomo really did a nice job!
With the last update I'm using the pro version 1.50.
It seems to be running fine on my OnePlus 8pro, except....

My problem occurs using aodNotify together with "Energy Ring - Universal Edition!" (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=you.in.spark.energy.ring.gen).
Unfortunately aodNotify uses the energy ring provided by the energy-ring-app as notification, even though I selected only a simple LED dot.
Resetting aodNotify completely and selecting the LED dot notification, it seems to work correctly for a few days.
But then after a while it uses both energy ring and LED dot as notification together.

Hopefully you can fix this...

I am using a custom rom (BeyondRom Android 11) on an S10e. Happy to run a debug version of the app or somesuch if it would help. I've bought the Pro version.

I also have Power Saving enabled but I haven't disabled the Always On Display feature. So whenever I open the app I get a notification warning me "Power saving mode active!" Maybe the app could provide a way to toggle that alert off? Not the end of the world though. Thanks again.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And purchased Pro again (couldn't be bothered chasing it up over $6). I must have been using an old version as there are new features now. Both the issues I mentioned are also fixed! Cheers.

I have problem with tap on play store and other apps. When aodnotify show notification, tap on some buttons on play store no working.. scrol work, but tap on buttons no working.. after aodnotify stop showing notifications, buttons on playstore works well.

Ciao it's possible to remove/hide the edge popup compact (the standard little white popup from one ui) and leave only the preview notification from AODNOTIFY when a notification arrives? Thanks

I've been using aodnotify for about a year and have been very happy with it. In the last week however, it has been draining my battery. When I look at battery usage, the top is aodnotify at about 25%. This is new behavior. Any help?

This is on a stock Oneplus 8.

@Jawomo, any chance we can get Tasker integration with this? I'm using generic version of your app. I was using AOE before and it can be disabled by sending an intent through Tasker. Maybe you can implement it? It would create endless possibilities of enabling and disabling aodNotify based on user's needs. Thank you.

This notification has type of "irremovable". It's always there.
Most important value is that first line "113 mg/dl". Second is optional

I guess the app creates a custom notification and does not set the title or text of the notification correctly.
Therefore aodNotify cant read the text from the notification.

Theres nothing i can do to fix this unfortunately. The creator of you app has to change this.

Hello. After the last update of the S21 Ultra G998BXXU4BULF / G998BOLE4BULI / G998BXXU4BULG, I had to make a factory setting due to one Google play error. AODNotify has not worked for me since. My settings are still the same as before, but it does not display notifications on AOD, you cannot turn on AOD by tapping, Always On Display also turns itself off in the phone menu. I don't know what to do with it since the installation and the new installation didn't help. Thank you

EDIT: Resolved. The problem was that, thanks to the factory settings, the Always On Display Off option was enabled in Power Saver mode, and this option caused a problem even if Power Saver was not turned on.

s21 ultra here, edge light doesnt seem to work good on Android 12. very low brightness, every notification wakes up the screen(its turned off in the settings) and the light is shown way after the notification arrives

@Jawomo Having issues with the z fold 3 on the inner display, the AOD only displays on half of the screen, with text cut off for some reason, when I disable the app it displays normally.
