Laucher, Google now (dont forget the fix), Camera works partly (fc 360), playservice and hangout also working on my Carbon 4.3.1.
Gallery doesn't install

Did you delete your current gallery(back it up just in case)

Thanks, I was also thinking about that.
But I didn't try that yet. will try it today if I get the time.

Updating my drive with new files and wallpapers.

Before replacing/modifying/deleting/uninstalling anything,
I strongly advise that you make a backup of the original should anything go wrong.

Mine was doing the same and it's a really easy fix.
Here are the steps:
1. Open 'Google Search'
2. Scroll down and open 'Settings'
3. Open 'Voice' setting
4. Open 'Offline Speech recognition'
5. Update the 'English (US)' language pack

After that when you back out to the Google Now start screen it will say 'Search, or say Ok Google' also when you reenter the 'Voice' setting it will display Ok Google as well after doing the former.

I don't see "Offline Speech recognition"...:confused:

When I was running Carbon and upgrade with KitKat I got it working
Now I switched to PacMan and with a clean install I don't get it.

It use to look like this
