I've tried searching and I can only find a single post of someone asking, but is there a way to disable the auto night sight feature on this mod? Having to toggle off night sight is really killing the experience
Until Arnova8G2 adds support for the Zenfone 8, you can try versions from Wichaya.
The current version is v 1.1 based on GCam 8:
Arnova8G2 shared a *test* version that supports 8K video and higher resolutions for photos:
- Version without blacklist (for 8k and super resolution tests)
- 8K for devices with a 48MP sensor and a recent SOC or more 12GB of ram memory
- HDR10 video only for recent devices
- Super resolution in raw for oneplus device (7 and 8 series for moment)
- Super resolution in jpeg for all devices, similar to stock camera ( works on portrait on many devices )
- GCam_6.1Beta.210615.1542build-8.1.101
Again, this is a test version, expect bugs.

Hi I tested this latest build in Redmi Note 7 but after I permit many usual permission it blank. Nothing function. At first I don't know that and tried many setting. But still blank. Some mod when first run also blank, but when change mode, it normal. But this time it just blank. I really curious to use Super Res on Redmi Note 7. Can it really use full 48 mpx jpg with gcam quality? Also where to setting frame number? If it does not available in menu, then what setting in developer setting I need to change to set a frame number. Thank you.
Hello, I am using this version GCam_6.210329.0034build-8.1.101 with this config file nrG--v3-Arnova-8.1-20210329.xml but i think this is a setup for the oneplus 8 pro. Could someone tell me what to change for the oneplus 8. Or share with me its config file for oneplus 8. Thank you very much

Is the "Iris" version meant for Snapdragon or Exynos Samsungs? On my S21U Exynos, the app crashes almost immediately after opening.
I'm not sure if it's some incompatibility with Exynos or the same problem reported by users with other phones. Could be the first as Arnova usually doesn't support Exynos.

Really wanted to try that one , with the fix in the slow motion for xiaomi devices. But it gets stuck on my Mi10t pro on a black screen. Love arnova's work though.
Maybe it's solved already but it looks like in this version you have to acces the settings in the app, go to advanced and then access XML configs. Here you can select the XML you saved.
I have. Even first run it blank screen. Why need to clear data on first run?
Which version are you using on Mi A1? Unfortunately, only GCam_6.210406.0204build-8.1.101 works on Mi A3. Others versions/builds didint work. Dont know why.

This is a support thread for apks created by Arnova8G2. Here you'll find basic instructions on how to use this port and how to properly report bugs.
Compatibility:
- The camera2 api needs to be enabled;
- Most versions only work on Snapdragon SoCs, but some work on Kirin and Exynos processors;
- 64 bit ROMs are a requirement;
- Doesn't work on phones without RAW support (eg: some Sony devices);
- Newer versions may work only on new Android versions. Old versions might be better for old Android versions;
Known issues:
- FAQs and troubleshooting
- Slow motion is broken on some phones and Android versions;
- Some devices have issues with their front cameras (eg: OnePlus 3/3T, 5/5T). You may have to install a fix (if available for your phone) or disable HDR+ on the front camera (setting only available on some apks);
- Features on new Google Camera versions may take some time to be ported;

How to report bugs:
If possible, post on a thread for your phone (check this list or your phone's forum) or here if you can't find a thread for your phone. Please describe the issue and give details about your setup:
- Phone, ROM, any fixes installed;
- Name of the apk you're using;
- Screenshots or video recordings of the bug if you're able to;
- A logcat if there's a crash (How to save a logcat: video guide, advanced guide);
- Steps to reproduce the bug/crash;
- Mention @Arnova8G2 username;
- Your report will be ignored if no logs or a good explanation is provided.
- Arnova8G2 will do his best to fix bugs, but keep in mind that this is a free port and he also has his personal life.
