You guys really got my hopes up with this app... after reading through the thread this isn't worth it at all...
- Sharing doesn't work
- Zooming is weak
- It doesn't display pics by folders and
- Most importantly it doesn't sync Picasa web albums.

That last one is a complete fail to me. My pics are all online
