I just installed it and it does nothing. Bixby still launches. I did enable the bixby like it requested.

Why would anyone use this over BxActions? There are so many reasons to use that app instead that I shouldn't even need to mention any. Also, I hope this isn't a case where no one will respond because they are too scared from the competition.

BxAction require permission to spy on any text you type. Even if they are good people I don't want to give this permission to an app.
The issue I have with Bixbye is that it doesn't work anymore when the flip cover (clear cover) is close !

I don't know if you have any workaround ??

Actually this app requires accessibility services to work and (correct me if I'm wrong) it could be used "spy on any text you type" plus more. Activating this app or any app technically, in accessibility services, could be used to take complete control of your device. Similar to how greenify works if you don't have root access, by going into apps settings that are currently running and on the list to greenify, and closing the app while the screen is off. Just like going to settings > apps > force close. This is why Google has restricted apps on the play store from using the accessibility service unless you are using it for the disabled for example to help the blind use their devices more effectively. I do know that a lot of malware uses the accessibility service to do some pretty bad things that the typical user would never know about.

Is there a Bixby remapping app that doesn't use the accessibility service? It might be required now, especially since Samsung has already tried to patch it. It's nothing to really worry about as long as you trust the app and/or the developer.

I got this app because of Tasker integration and I haven't been able to use it. I supported the Dev because he required it to use Tasker. There's no instructions on how to use this plug in. In addition it launches Bixby before it can perform any action you would need to press it twice in many occasions.

Broken since the Oreo update on my Sprint S8+. I had Google Assistant set as my app, it now opens Bixby and Assistant simultaneously and is nearly impossible to close once they are opened.
