[App] bxActions - Remap the Bixby button on S8! single, double and long press!

That can happen, its due to blocking Bixby app.

If you grant permissions for bxActions over pc this will not happen anymore.

is it possible that you improve the auto rotate function?

i.e. when im in landscape and i want to disable auto rotate the screen just switches to portait mode instead of just deactivating autorotate.

Since I'm under oreo, the screen does not turn on automatically when I press the Bixby button ...
The application opens but I have to turn on the screen manually ...

Do you use edge lightning? Theres a bug in the app which prevents other apps to wakeup the screen.

Yes, I use edge lighting... but even if I disable the option, it's the same thing, the screen does not turn on automatically when I press the Bixby button

Why i cant give permission over pc on my Phone?
It said i didnt install driver..
Already reinstall driver and usb debugging but still no luck .. Dunno why i cant give permission..
I use Soldier rom 5.1 btw..

I am attempting to remap the bixby button to use 'Alexa' the same Google assistant or bixby works via voice command.

So far it works, however it will not work if the screen is locked, unlike bixby or Google assistant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the alexa app would need to suport being displayed on lockscreen

It gets copied to sd on start automatically. But write storage permission is needed of course.

The app works for the single and double press like a charm, immidiately bought a full version.

However, I dont know, whether it because of the later version, but I dont have a bixby button in bixby settings, therefore I cannot disable it. Looks like I stuck with the long press. Any workaround yet?

Hey, Just wanna say this works great, Bought you some coffee, But I wanted to ask which Bixby services can I disable (using a disabler like adhell 3) and still have the app work the same? I know it relies on some of the Bixby services to work but I just want to disable what is not needed for it. Thanks!

You need to keep Bixby voice afaik. But as I dont use package disables I can't tell exactly.

1. tap to "b" icon on up
2. Deactivate Bixby button
3. Tap on three dots on up
4. deactivate Bixby voice

Thank You guys for the help, I think Ive figured it out - Russian version doesn't support bixby voice in full extent and doesn't have the option to disable the button - since it's the only way of interaction with bixby.

Will try to use other firmware.

I seem not to be able to attach screenshots, but there is just no gear button in bixby home.

Works great. Had everything I could already disabled for bixby. Installed this, redirected to home so I don't have to swipe up to see my nav bar. Haven't tried anything else. I just got tired of accidentally hitting the bixby button and it launching. Now if I accidentally hit it i go home like ET. I says to allow to run in background but it isn't listed in running services or greenify. Also have accubattery which says it uses nothing. And glassware hasn't dinged it as running internet access. So a ok in my book. Also on latest TMobile Oreo FYI. Thank you for the great work.

i run the activate control mode.exe file and it tells me "Could not activate Control Mode! Is USB-debugging enabled on your phone? Do you have Samsung USB drives installed?"
i have usb debugging enabled, i have samsung usb drivers installed, ive deleted bxactions and the file on my phone and re installed and i still get the same problem??
