For whatever reason you want to have the old ADW.Launcher back (even if the latest version looks great and improved performance significantly), here the the old ADW.Launcher extracted from CyanogenMod 7.2. You won't mind lag, right?

The old, classic ADW.Launcher (v1.3.6, last updated December 22, 2010) is in the attachments below. Of course, I would recommend installing it to /system/app either using ADB (included in the Android SDK) or any root-enabled file manager. (Solid Explorer, ES Files Manager, Root Explorer, etc.)
