I take your app is going to be available worldwide. I have my 79p, or whatever the exchange rate is, waiting impatiently :D. Sick of having to flick tabs every time a song finishes.....

Finally after FOREVER for waiting, today (after I clean up two more things) I will release the last beta of CloudMuzik for testers. Sorry it has taken a long time. I've been working on the beta and the final release simultaneously and focusing on the biggest issue.. memory consumption. So hold your horses folks.. OFF WE GO

First impressions:

- Initial playback improved, takes only a few seconds now
- graphics improved, but layout is still wasting some space
- many bands missing beacuse i have more than 1000 songs. guess i have to buy the full version when released :)

Thanks for the feedback. The thing I have focused on the most has been the playback issues. I actually updated the layout at the last second before I packaged it hehe. As for the marketplace version, i will only make the app 99 cents. I don't see a reason for charging over a dollar for this. Let's see what else should I note..

  • Playlist support
  • Shuffling
  • Local song caching (may be in an update of the marketplace ver)
  • Artist/Playlist/Album pinning to start menu


I will be devoting as much as my free time to getting this out to the marketplace as soon as possible. Luckily I have been developing the marketplace version side-by-side with the beta version so be prepared :).

I checked my email again, and there it was.

But mine still doesn't work. After logging in, the app quits while loading library. It was the same in the previous version.

I tried the app being the only one active (killed all the other apps running in the background). I tried restarting the phone. Nothing. Every time I enter my log in details, it logs in and quits while loading library. I tried my friend's account and still the same result.

I don't get it. I am having a HTC Titan with stock rom 7720. No updates were installed as AT&T is not having any other than mango which came in the box. It is student unlocked (dreamspark). Since it is 2nd gen HTC, I have not attempted Interop unlock.

Are there any other Titan users with this problem?

I have the same issue with my HD7.
