[APP][CM 13.x] Headphone Detection Issue Fix

1. What is it?
* Well, It is a simple workaround for headphone detection issue in CyanogenMod 13.x ROM. just install app and open it at least once and forget about it. Its not a proper, in-kernel fix but it do the job and its damn small (Its as simple as this thread).

2. Found bugs? (I hope none, since it damn small )

Pls make same app for lollipop roms... Its working like a charm.

Thanks a lot for this buddy, it was working great till the last version, but starting from the update today, it is instead worsening the situation...

Can you please look int it? (P.S or tell me how I can reverse what the app did for once and for all. Any specific value that the app changed inside the system directory, for e.g?)
