Running app version 1.54 and the January update for the phone. After the restart it is following the setting for hiding the island when app is in foreground. But the minimise animation still missing. Will try a clean install of the app

Modifiying animation speed in developer settings can also cause such problems. Maybe thats the case here?
Yes I downloaded it yesterday and I just updated it again to the latest version, but the problem still persist.
Are you on 1.54 101132?Visualizer error still not fixed even after update

Will check crash reports for miui.
Miui is also known for killing apps in background, so its a general issue

hi. thank you for the new update 1.54. now i have a small Show Always (Live Activites) but when i open or close it it doesn't go to the camera hole. if you watch this video closely you can notice the bug. But this is the best update for my device! It got so much faster❤
thanks. mine fixed too. but another bug happend after restarting... now it looks like this. i reselected my apps but still the same
Edit: After 2 RESTARTS now it's fixed. no need help

samsung users can already disable notification popups without this. just go to settings then go to apps, from there disable notification popup for every app one by one. works on one ui 4 and one ui 5. didn't test it on older versions.
@Jawomo Saw your acknowledgment to this bug fix request via thumbs up. Not sure if you're still working on it but took the v1.54 update yesterday & issue persists. However, only when there is not a notification in the island/pill (i.e.- instant screenshot upon the slighted touch/swipe down). Press & hold for screenshot works fine when there is a notification. Also, notifications for the app still not showing on lock screen. Pixel 7
Disregard the lock screen issue. Phone might have needed a re-start. Lockscreen notifications now showing in pill although screenshots still triggering on any quick swipe down from the pill area when notifications are not present.
I think you should turn off 'show in landscape'
Pill won't bother u thereafter.
Also there are phones with under-the-screen cam and pop-up cam for your information

Since the 1.55, it won't launch anymore it seems the accessibility services force crash the app.
I'm on Nothing Phone (1) and restarted twice and reinstall the app on playstore.

Hello, I can't find this feature "Added tap ring event popup to open volume slider", how do I do it? I don't understand "tap ring event..." thanks22Maybe an option to change the pop-up's size depending on what setting was turned on to prevent overlapping over the status bar icons, it's mildly infuriating to see my popup just overlap with the status bar icons when i turn on either WiFi or Mobile Data.1Maybe if there's a separate position setting for landscape mode so we could match the popup to the actual camera instead of doing them together, it could hopefully serve as a workaround for any android app issues unless I'm wrong... also another interaction like double or triple tapping would be useful for getting the most functionality out of it aswell1
thats difficult to implement as every user may have a different understanding of "annoying". will think about it -

with the release of iPhone 14 Pro Apple introduced Dynamic Island.
As i already created a notification light app for Samsung or Pixel phones (aodNotify) i tried to port the app to something like Dynamic Island.
In android we have no camera islands, but camera spots / cutouts. So that's when dynamicSpot was born
With dynamicSpot you can easily get the iPhone 14 Pro Dynamic Island feature on your device! dynamicSpot gives you Dynamic Island's mini multitasking feature, making it easier to access recent notifications or phone events.
Just tap on the little black popup to open the displayed app, long press the popup to expand it and view more details.
iPhone's Dynamic Island is not customizable, but dynamicSpot is! You can change interaction settings, select when to show or hide the popup or which apps should appear.
As dynamicSpot uses Android's notification system it is compatible with almost all apps, like messaging notification, timer apps and even music apps!
So if you e.g. start a timer, dynamicSpot will show you the running time.
The app is in a public beta currently and will be further optimized. Animations may not be super smooth and not all apps be compatible currently.
