[BUG REPORT]

After the latest update, "Hide when foreground" option works wrong.

Popup notification of the foreground app isn't shown if I turn back to home screen via home screen button/gesture. To see the popup, I have to open another app or lock and unlock screen.

In short, DynamicSpot sees the app as if it's still running on foreground even if I've turned back to home screen.

Steps:

1) Open YouTube Music > Play music (or maps, or clock, or phone call etc.)
2) Turn back to home/main screen of the phone. Music player/clock/navigation/phone etc. popups aren't shown.
3) Open another app or lock/unlock screen, then popup notification is shown as it should be.

Thanks for reporting. Working normally here on test devices. What phone do you have?

Hi,

Thing goes worst now, app is not able to use anymore after clearing data & restart and re-setup the app.
1. Unable to position the pill in the way like I did earlier, phone is pixel4a, camera punch is on left corner, iy can't superimpose live activities pill on camera area and dynamic pill will show the activity on left side of camera punch like it was doing earlier.
2. Dynamic pill is no longer showing the timer for phone, music visualizer also not works as it was working before data wipe and moreover that disappearing in 5sec is still there.

Everything destroyed for me now .

Really strange. Guess uninstall, restart phone and reinstall should fix all problems then.

POCO F4 GT, no 3rd party rom or launcher. Does it help if I screen record the issue?

Also one more thing which can be helpful:

If I turn back to home screen using "back" button/gesture, notification popup (for example music visualizer) just pops without any problem. The issue only occurs when I turn back to main screen via "Home" button/gesture. Weird but it's what it is.

It seemed plugged in firmly. Ampere (app) wasn't showing interruptions. But yes, it looked like I was unplugging and re-plugging the cable.

This happens to me when I use Neutron music player. The pill will not go away & has the last song displayed in it. The Neutron app is closed at this point. I have to enlarge the pill & swipe it away & then repeat these steps like 3 or 4 times before it goes away.

For me it is happening with Spotify. Audible does not behave the same way. Doesn't disappear even if I close the app. Have to keep swiping away (after expanding) or close the app and then open DynamicSpot to clear out the island.

Latest beta has separate colors for timer and calls now.

The figma mockups are not accurate unfortunately. Maybe ill have to buy an iPhone

I did some more thorough research within the Figma mockup and the actual iPhone UI, and I found little to zero differences..

2. When changing my display resolution on my pixel 7 pro from FHD+ to QHD+ text in the island becomes really small. Would it be possible to add a text size slider?

Battery is not accurate all the time, and Spotify also having issue auto playing even I stop.

Hi,

First of all, thank you for making this amazing apps available to us. This apps have been a must have in my Samsung S22 ultra.

The only problem I observed is with poweramp. The notification remain even when the apps has been closed. The is no way I can clear the notification. I will have to activate the Dynamicspot apps to close it.

Not really sure I follow what you are talking about. I also use Poweramp on my S22 Ultra. If I press on the pill to expand and press the pause button, the pop-up and pill close.

When I'm open the notification and choose the apps option and trying to scroll down to select the apps, the app i shut down automatically..
