Hi, is there any way to keep island on when podcast or music is paused? I'm using pocketcast, and when podcast is playing i can single click to show little island and pause it, but when i pause it, tha island notification is dissappearing, so i can't click on it again to unpause it...

If you pause from dynamicSpot popup it should not hide

Dynamic spot doesn't show charging pop up in Miui 14 . Any solutions? Is there someone encounters the same problem?

Sorry, no idea why its not working on miui 14. Maybe anyone else with miui 14 can test?

Thank you. The problem is that I can't open setting of select pop up apps and system events,etc. and when I tap {noffication app and setting} it is just delaying again and again. I don't know why but for some reason,
when I open mobile data, deactivate it and then I try to open it ,an ad pop up and it show setting and work well for now. I think it is because of Ad delaying and I think that will annoy everyone who just downloaded it. So it will be the best to consider this problem quickly.

Love the app, but for whatever reason it will randomly forget I purchased it and I'll lose pro settings. If I close it and open multiple times that will usually fix it.

The gray border doesn't show while in dark themes. device used is moto g stylus 2022

Good day,
I've been using the dynamicspot pro for a week now on the s23 ultra and I really like it. Works flawlessly so far. Don't have to do anything...as if it's just part of the system.
Very cool and functional.

One thought is that it would be nice to have 3 second popup notification timing, and also a smaller version of the notification popup.

When a new notification comes I'd like to see a bit of detail quickly and can decide quickly if I want to go into it further.

When phone is in landscape mode, can you give us the option for the Dynamic Island to appear near the cutout (just like it would in portrait mode) instead of at the top of the phone? When it appears at the top, it just looks odd, especially with phones that have a notch. I'll attach an example of what it would look like:

I have a pixel with aodNotify pro. Been running it quite a while. I lets me know I've missed call -or- text. . . . . . Now I have purchased dynamicSpot also. I thought they would both get along with each other but my experience is that they do NOT at all work with each other. Ugg... Bummer...

What is the trick ? Can they both be running ? Personally I find that aodNotify is more important as I am retired and the pricy phone is always sitting on the corner of my computer station desk.

Verified again. Called the cell and the cell has no light circling the f.f.camera. Naa daa.

Update: I updated the app yesterday so I need to go back and do some more test examinations.

I found a small problem: the icon of the app message is normal in the popup, but the icon of the push message is octagonal rather than round in the popup.

with the release of iPhone 14 Pro Apple introduced Dynamic Island.

As i already created a notification light app for Samsung or Pixel phones (aodNotify) i tried to port the app to something like Dynamic Island.

In android we have no camera islands, but camera spots / cutouts. So that's when dynamicSpot was born


With dynamicSpot you can easily get the iPhone 14 Pro Dynamic Island feature on your device! dynamicSpot gives you Dynamic Island's mini multitasking feature, making it easier to access recent notifications or phone events.

Just tap on the little black popup to open the displayed app, long press the popup to expand it and view more details.

iPhone's Dynamic Island is not customizable, but dynamicSpot is! You can change interaction settings, select when to show or hide the popup or which apps should appear.

As dynamicSpot uses Android's notification system it is compatible with almost all apps, like messaging notification, timer apps and even music apps!
So if you e.g. start a timer, dynamicSpot will show you the running time.


The app is in a public beta currently and will be further optimized. Animations may not be super smooth and not all apps be compatible currently.
But im working on it
