Stability is far better in this version, and additionally, this one has the HDR+ control toggle (missing in beta 15) and Lens Blur + Portrait Mode both available. Could be useful for unrooted user who want some sort of front bokeh, works moderately as expected.

Which config are you using ? Try the Nexus 6P one. It's working fine for me.

Did it, but not working and if the flash is active, it can't take pictures.

These are my exact settings. It's working for me, flash + HDR+ too. Must be some other factor on your end

So what about the dots in the pictures taken with hdr+? i still get them. if it where not for the dots, the resulting pictures would be incredibly good in my opinion.

Yes, it is very easy...

Download magisk module...
Open magisk, and goto magisk module option
Press "+" icon and find that zip and add in magisk.
Reboot your device
That's it.

For uninstall
Just simply press the 'Dustbin' icon from the module section in magisk and reboot.

I don't have pink. Everything is working as expected for me on DU. Rear cam HDR fine, enhanced HDR fine, front cam portrait works perfectly, obviously regular front cam doesn't work but that's known. I use no extra mods or add-ons, just the cam download. I use the pixel 2017 config.

I'm using 2 gcam mods for my needs, arnova by beta 3 for ttf and lowlight shooting, bsg's mod (the compatible one from the gcam 5t telegram chat) for portrait front cam and regular front cam (both work) also using portrait fix magisk zip, so I've got front portrait, regular front cam, back portrait, regular back cam, lens blur and ar stickers working on both gcam apps. Only thing I'm missing is video options like slo-mo etc, but those are known.
