gcam for samsung A8 exynos 2018

I have samsung galaxy A8 2018 with exynos 7885, I have tried all version google camera, none is work on my device
I do hope Xda developer programmer can make google camera fully works on my device, especially HDR+ & portrait
I used version by miniuser, but it crash & make my device force restart...

do ur research, it only supports snapdragon processor.

I have installed Arnova8G2-V6 on LOS 14.1 on Mido. Seems to work fine. 2 questions though:

Why does autoflash not work on any camera mod I tried? It never enables flash automatically.

Any chance of AR Stickers working with LOS 14.1? I tried newest ARCore and ARStickers (for Mi5) by Arnova8G2, but the camera app always crashes when choosing AR Stickers. Same happened with older ARCore and ARStickers, which still needed the build.prop change.

I think you need Oreo for AR stuff.

Never did for me with any Google Camera Mod. Even in the dark, it won't ignite the flash for a photo.

But my light sensor is working for other apps and for the automatic brightness of the display.

Anyone any idea what could be the cause?

Mine works, but the stickers keep moving around with the camera because it doesn't detect the surface. Running RR O+FK

I too face force close sometimes but I'm able to take stunning pictures from GCam on Redmi Note 4 Snapdragon !!

You need to configure proper camera settings and mention which OS you're on. And method to install GCam ??

OK, i am able to take 0 to 1 picture until it forces to close. I do not know why. My settings are two times nexus P.
Picture quality is very gold, but i need a stabile Version to take good pictures.

Has anyone a solution?

I'm using unleash os Android 8.1.0 and the gcam is not working....every modded gcam I tried and just got frustrated..... could you give me a solution for this

Same here.... I am on pixel experience. It seams flash is not synchronized with shutter. ANOVA V6. But same problem with other versions. Any solution? The rest is fine. Thx!
