There is no problem.

GCams work on MIUI 9, on all Nougat and Oreo custom ROMs for many different phones.

Xiaomi simply broke something in MIUI 10

But after updating in miui 10 lots of devices stopped to take photos and videos. You guys are incredible. Please do something for miui 10 devices.

I personally have found this version to be a hair bit more stable than v8 and I have a Samsung sensor. It doesn't crash as often with multiple photos and bright scenes crash less as well.

I'd prefer to use Arnova8G2's gcam than anyone else's simply because there's quite a difference in quality especially on front cam.

I personally find it unacceptable when the camera crashes and started using saneklic builds. Not a single crash for over a month using Samsung sensor. It has the bright light fix included.

I've been using Saneklic and Arnova8G2's interchangeably. Currently trying the Arnobmva8G2 modded by Saneklic. Seems to be working very well so far. Thanks for sharing!

What's the improvement between 5.3 and 5.1? Arnova8G2's are currently on 5.1 I think.

No its not i am using Ressurection Remix Oreo and it's not working in mine only video mode, portrait mode is working but no camera mode or front cam. Black screen in camera mode.
