App. from internet 2 phone

I have HTC Desire phone and I am trying to install some app. to my phone through internet (market) and it says

This application has access to the following:

Your location:
coarse (network-based) location (Dont know what that is)

Network communication:
full Internet access (He have full internet access)

my device is shaded I cant select it and on question mark it says "your devices content rating filter is incompatible with this item" can someone help me how to enable that so I can install apps to my device through internet.

Not sure if they've updated it or not but when this web-based market was released it wasn't compatible with custom ROMs.

I dont have custom rom, it's stock Froyo 2.2

Open market and go menu->settings and select Show all apps in content filtering...
