Yeah, this is stupid. This app worked great for me for about a week to two weeks. Around the same time when the introductory period ended....it stopped working. Thought I had to buy the unlocked version to get it to work again and come to find out I doesn't work for my version of android anymore. Had I known that, I would have never donated. Can I please have a refund unless you get it working with 4.1.1?
dear Dev,
I want my money back.
Please process a refund asap.
I donated for an app that does not work.
Thanks.

Can you specify which of the features is not working? Did you perform the adb procedures?
Please see my pm to you around 2 weeks ago.

I've been using this app since my note 9, used it with 3 Note 2 ultra, my zfold3 and a s22 ultra. It's been working fine through oneUI 4, 4.1 and now 5.0, all functions working perfectly. Keep up the good work, thanks a lot.

Just one complain, you might want to sell a lifetime license in addition to a license per device, I think I already bought 7-10 licenses and find it quite annoying to do it every time I exchange devices.

I have paid for this app and it was amazing until my Fold got the update and this feature is not working anymore which is quite annoying:

Keep High/Adaptive motion smoothness when power saving mode

By any chance will this be fixed?

Found a bug that I don't really know how to explain. Some mornings my refresh rate is locked at 60hz, if I open the max app I can't select any mode, they are all greyed out. In order to fix that I need to unfold, go into settings - display - screen layout and zoom, change it then change it back, go to motion smoothness and select adaptative. After that I can go back to back to max app and select the mode without a problem.

Have you tried what I suggested on my last post? Try unfolding it and changing the screen zoon then change the adaptative refresh rate on the display menu. After that you might be able to change maxhz settings again

Fold 3 here. Been struggling to update for some time now. Always an Issue with parsing package. Have tried clearing cache and data, un installing then re installing. Still no joy, any advice?

Not got any other issues. Want too avoid doing a fresh set up of my rom for one app. Have checked permissions, everything seems fine. Does seem odd. Thanks for replying tho 👍
If you are having issue on in-app update, you can download and manually install the update from the link below.
No re-setup needed.

v8.1.0 update
-New setting: refresh rate for low battery state.

I would be very grateful for the appearance of the DC dimming function Many users would like to have this feature on their Galaxy Can you add this feature?

Hi! I haven't dig into this but seems not possible for an app to achieve this. My understanding is this needs to be integrated in the hardware itself.

Hello tribalfs. I have a question about GMH. Other galaxies seem to work from 10hz, but fold3 only works up to 48hz. Is this a specification that will not be improved in the future?
    Those are relatively newer flagships.
10Hz is not supported by Fold3

    About this app:
    • Refresh Rate Control: Easily control the max refresh rate (Hz) of android devices with multiple refresh rates (e.g. note20 ultra, s20/S20+/S20Ultra, z fold 2, s21/s21+/s21Ultra, tab S7/S7+, z fold 3, z flip 3). This app can limit max refresh rate to 96hz (or any available refresh rate) on supported smartphones - you can save power with negligible difference on smoothness. Use either the in-app toggle or quick settings tile - ADB setup or Root NOT needed.
Note: 96hz on adaptive does not work on outer screen on Z Fold 3.

    • Force High: Option to force (fixed) a refresh rate mode (High Mode) on Samsung devices with native Adaptive motion smoothness***

Current Samsung smartphones natively supporting adaptive refresh rates:
      • Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
      • Galaxy Z Fold 2 (inner screen)
      • Galaxy Z Fold 3
      • Galaxy S21, S21+, S21 Ultra
      • Galaxy Z Flip 3

    • Refresh Rate Monitor: Observe how multiple refresh rates work on your device. Use either the in-app toggle or quick settings tile

    • Quick Resolution Switcher: Easily switch to any supported resolutions using the included quick setting tile***

    • Quick High/Adaptive on Power Saving Mode: Easily switch to high or adaptive motion smoothness mode (from Standard) even on power saving mode on supported Samsung smartphones.***
Note: Stopped working on ZFold 3 updated to OneUI4.*

    • Force to Lowest Hz: Force lowest refresh rate on screen-off/AOD. This overrides Samsung's strange stock behavior which sets the refresh rate to the highest on screen off (update: it is now at 60hz since oneui3.0) - to improve standby power consumption a bit - ADB setup or Root NOT needed.

    • Auto apply power saving mode during screen-off (after ~ 10 secs)***

    • Tasker plugin support: Automate GMH settings using the app's Tasker plugin support. Supported actions/variables: Max Refresh Rate, Keep Motion Smoothness on PSM, Motion Smoothness Mode, Quick-doze Mod, Change Screen Resolution. (new in v7.10). More info in FAQs below.

      Premium Features:

    • Keep High/Adaptive motion smoothness when power saving mode is enabled whether manually or by the system/adaptive power saving***
Note: Stopped working on ZFold 3 updated to OneUI4.*

    • Adaptive refresh rate mod for devices supporting multiple refresh rates but do not have the stock Adaptive motion smoothness (e.g. S20 series, S20FE, TabS7/S7+) with the ability to set the brightness threshold for its activation***

    • Quick-doze mod: Quickly enter doze mode during screen-off that can not be interrupted by motion ***

    • Set minimum refresh rate for adaptive mode to 60hz or lower (if available)***

    • Resolution switcher filter: Filter what screen resolutions to include for the resolution switcher QS tile.

    • Auto SENSORS OFF (experimental non-root workaround):
Device sensors will automatically turn off while screen is off until the device is unlocked. This helps minimize battery-draining motion-triggered wakelocks while device is not in use.

    • 7-day Premium Trial is available. Just click "Activate Premium|Trial" button and activate free trial when prompted.

Note: Ad-free license is on a per device basis.
***these marked features require a one-time ADB setup (this is not root)

Whoa really? I didn't see it as an option. How do I set that in the app? I'll totally go buy the app right now once I know how to do it :D
Sorry, I mean possible to add it in the next update.
