This one also break phone at LOS 17.1. I had to reinstall everything.

I deleted LOS 17.1. Installed 16.0. Didn't try any gcam on this thou.

I have LOS 16 on MI 6. Is there a camera mod which enables the wide camera as well. I read somewhere that SELlinux permissive will do it, but I would prefer a safer solution.

This method is not suitable for the global stable version, but since you are a custom ROM, you should be able to try.

Today I successfully installed LOS 17.1 together with magisk 20.4 on my Mi 6, however I couldn't get any of the GCam mods to run recommended in the official LOS 17.1 thread. I always get a green hue when using one of the HDR+ modes.
My camera2api is enabled on level 3.
Could someone please link a working combination between magisk module and gcam mod for my system specifications? I can't seem to find anything that's working.

Try Alexey's port with his module. And selinux must be permissive for that

That module doesn't work on android 10.
I tried switching the SELinux to permissive like in android 9 but I can't switch cameras.

The fu24 camera based on gcam 6.1.021 works fine.

I made it work on Los 17.1 module working fine on Q you must have done something wrong friend.
Install latest miuipie V6 stable module and not the module for los. They are not working on +19magisk

Got the latest version of LOS for my MI6, installed all things, Gcam app loads fine (MGC-MI6-7.7), but crashes when I try slomo or nightmode.

Any ideas?

Me too , lineage 17.1 , los mod in magisk and gcam6 . All ok but slowmo crash camera ,night vision works ok
