Did you open Wallet up before touching the phone to the machine? I forgot to do that the first couple of times.I have a note 2 with beanstown 4.3 rom. I got wallet to install and to register tap and pay. In "about "it says that im ready to tap and pay.
I tried using it today at a quickcheck in NJ but the terminal would not read the phone. I'll try it at the next place that I see a paypass. Any ideas though why it wouldn't work? How long must I hold the phone there? Can my seidio case be the problem?
Also. I do have the verizon nfc sim installed. I will eventually try my old sim but from what ive read the nfc sim will give an error in wallet. I have no errors, just the phone isnt communicating with the terminal
Yes I did. However the wallet instructions say that you only need to wake the screen on the phone. I think There's a sunoco with pay pass by our house. I'll try there tomorrow morning.Did you open Wallet up before touching the phone to the machine? I forgot to do that the first couple of times.

How can you tell if a machine accepts only isis? Is it branded differently?Well, all I know is that not only did I have to wake my phone up, but I had to start the app and enter the four digit pin code so I'd be inside the Wallet app before doing it.

You really don't want it to work without logging into Wallet with your PIN first, though. Otherwise anyone could steal money from you just by setting your phone down on a hidden NFC tag and waking the phone.Yes I did. Google wallet says that your phone needs to be awake for it to work. You still need to unlock wallet with your PIN. You can set the timeout period of your PIN to meet your needsYou really don't want it to work without logging into Wallet with your PIN first, though. Originally you said you were using a nfc sim card which would block wallet from working.Ok so today I tried it another quick check. No dice. I then put my old sim card in and tried it at rite aid. It worked! Ill try again at quick check but I have a gut feeling that their pay pass is just not enabled on the credit card machines
well... thats exactly the theory which im going to proove or disproove tomorrowOriginally you said you were using a nfc sim card which would block wallet from working.

I reset my build prop and flashed the zip but now it says tap and pay unavailableIf you leave your build.prop as nexus the s pen doesn't work. At least it didn't use to, I forgot. If you use the zip with the hacked wallet you don't have to change build.prop
