This is fantastic, played around with it for at least 30 minutes, totally baffled by it! But I have a suggestion for this app:

Why not have the ability to lock the icons in place once they've fallen down to save battery life and to make a pretty unique yet wonderful wallpapered homescreen? And the possibility of changing the black background (perhaps with a picture from the Gallery, for example).

Other than that, I love it!

Dan.

Works like a charm here (DHD). Could we configure the gravity force please? And furthermore customize the weight of each icon, and lock some would be perfect.

would love it if it took the home screens and the widgets already in place and did that. flipping thru the screens with what is already set to each screen. That would be great.

Hi

We are writting down in a list all the suggestion
Gravity force, Background wallpaper and gps/data/wifi switchs are being investigated right now :) (and even other features that have not been commented on this thread)

We are considering to create a paid branch of the app with extra features to help the develpment resources, not completelly decided yet, but dont worry that all the current features will still be free, more info soon.

Thanks to all of you for the testing time, suggestion and bug reporting.

Or maybe it could pop/explode the icons each time the phone is unlocked, bouncing them around until they stop, at which case the icons are locked in place until the next phone unlock.

After 1 day of having Gravity Home running, i checked battery consumption and Android OS was on first place with almost 60 %. So i disabled Gravity and reset the chart, today the consumption chart got back to normal with Android OS 7 %. So i guess that this live wallpaper affects too much the battery life, too bad as i liked it very much.

very cool. Works well on HTC DESIRE. I did get a FC when i was changing from Big to Med icon sizes. But other then that its working good.

Suggestions(some duplicates im sure)
-pick the back ground
-option to have them fall into place in a grid
-adjustable gravity level
-option to pic wich of the home screen they sit on. Would be fun to make up a game home screen that has all the icons bouncing around on

I'm too like this app but yet to notice the battery drain.
Anyone else noticed how much is the battery drain while using this app?

TS, good app. Thanks.

Brilliant idea
Loved it.

Works perfectly on a SGSII
Only one suggestion or addition, that it automatically has your home screen do that.
For example i pick home screen 1 and it does that to all icons on that home screen

I seem to be missing some default icons (Latitide, Navigate) and can't seem to remove the settings icon. I don's have much spare room on my homescreen so I don't really like the extra one ;)

First off supurb job. This is now my favorite LWP and as soon as I get paid I'll be buying the pro version cause I can see some promise in this. There was a bug or two i've noticed after playing around with it. The device is the Motorola Xoom rooted 3.1 using ADW EX launcher.

One is with the orientation of the screen. I'll try my best to explain it, but if it isn't enough I can shoot a video of the problem and send it to you. The program was working fine till I turned off the auto rotate so i could shake the icons around without it resetting to match the orentation it was it. After I turned auto rotate back on and went from landscape to portrait it switched to portrait but rotated 90 degrees to the right ( icons dropping to the bottom would go off screen). Go back to landscape and its fine. Same thing happens vice versa (portrait to landscape). Resetting the wallpaper fixes it on the orentation it's re-started on, but goes back to acting up as soon as I switch orentation. Reinstalling doesn't fix it either.

The other minor issue is with the battery life. Now I know LWP's have a tendency to gobble up battery power ( my previous fav LWP ASUS' MyWater as an example) and installed Gravity Home expecting this, but it seemed like GH was drinking more juice than it should. I'm going to leave GH as my wallpaper for a couple of days while watching battery usage to see if it is or if I'm just crazy.

Other than that it's an excellent start and I'm looking forward to seeing how this program evolves.
