You can install either root version or non-root.
If you are already rooted you can just flash the Extended Magisk Module. Casting on root version working because revanced doesn't go through microG like on non-root version.
The disappearing from to time is common issue for the root versions but as of now, none reported that issue specifically on the Extended Magisk Module by @Wolfcity. So try it and see

I saw Instander, but like Aeroinsta it is not open source and may not be secure. There are some users who reported suspicious performance usage in the background application for example.Better use instander.

Does the Youtube Music Revanced v6 work with Android Auto? I think Google put Android Auto behind the pay wall of Music Premium thats why its such a struggle to work in cars
Last time I checked two weeks ago and YT Music RVEx worked fine for me in AA
My phone is rooted and I use YouTube-Music ReVanced eXtended Magisk module from NoName-exe

About Extended, as long it's working fine I have no rush for update.

when i login with my google account the + that is in the center of the bottom bar is missing.how i restore that?
In ReVanced: ReVanced Settings > Layout > scroll down to bottom > Navigation button settings > Hide create button > turn it off.
In ReVanced Extended: ReVanced Extended Settings > Navigation > Hide create button > turn it off.

Hi,
its funny to see my silly script end up here, but I'd like to point out to anyone interested, that the old script doesn't yet dynamically load dependencies and updates etc.
At the moment 1.15 should be functional, but it will probably break at some point and it isn't maintainable.
So please use the newer versions.
Also supports reddit clients now + custom installs.2

Your script is very useful and easy to use by anyone, I wouldn't describe it as "silly"
I will edit tommorow the post/thread to mention to always download latest version to be full updated and functional before they patch.

10Guys I am thinking to stop providing Extended apks.
It's really bloated with unnecessary stuff, dev of rex announced he could discontinue it anytime, the future of it is unclear and probably short because of 1 dev and he isn't so much knowledgeable as inotia was.
All these (revanced-rvx-rex) make a lot of confusion to the end user.
Regular ReVanced made a lot of progress and nowdays I don't find any reason why someone should use Extended instead of regular ReVanced. The code and general the settings etc. are cleaner, there is a whole team to keep it up and the future is promising.
What do you think?10
Update 27-08-2023 - v2
- I re-uploaded most of the apps with the latest patches v2.188.1 & integrations v0.116.2 since there was a rollback on some changes from the side of ReVanced Team. You may have to clean install YouTube and some other apps like Music since there is a downgrade on this version of patches.
- With VSCO app you may cannot login, report it to ReVanced Team at GitHub or Discord.
- Duolingo, Strava, Lightroom removed from the current patches so I couldn't patch them again but I let these which I patched before at AFH if for some users these apps working fine.
Please report if you have any issue with any app.
Sorry for the confusion guys but ReVanced Team didn't tested the patches/manager/patcher properly before they release them. Next time I will wait few hours before I upload the updated apks.10

My opinion is to stick to regular Revanced. These stuff with Extended (include Revancify), which they discontinue and then continue have became a joke and they only cause extra confusion to their users. -

Note #2: Changes in the thread/apks/news happens in real time. General Changelog posts like this contains all these changes.18I respect the work of ReVanced Team but I believe some people there are just kiddos (literally), liers and they are thinking like robots.
ReVanced itself is a tool patcher. The apks which I build with this tool and to who I share them with, is not their business as long as I don't pretend are the "official revanced apks" and I don't profit from it. I can share it to my brother, to my father, to xda community and to anyone I want.
By spreading missinformations for my apks without a single proof is kinda meh. They should know better how XDA works since they using it themselves. I wonder why they don't report me to XDA Moderators if I share apks with malware? Btw I haven't seen anyone complain about my ready apks except one guy in the past who posted some no sense weirdo things and his posts removed by mods. I doubt if even that guy was using my apks since he reported a different version from what my apks was back then.
I understand they trying to force users to patch by themselves, I also recommend that (I have a big note at post #2 which my pre-made apks are), but these practices to call everyone and anything malware to achieve their goal, is at least a childish behaviour.
