I'm on cm13 and I have a problem with shutter speed. It doesn't work on long exposure times, like 1 second or more. Any idea?

how can i see the difference in this na the normal snap camera...after flashing it...just wanna know if its right
Very FAQ. If you have cm13 installed you likely have a newer version than the one published here. Perhaps @codeworkxx finds the time to update the OP to clearly reflect that.
no i have beanstalk 6.18 which i believe is based on cm13 afaik
hi is there a way of checking if the actual snap camera g4 edition is installed correctly? well because the quality of the camera is pure crap here you can see on the night photos. while on lg original cam is performing in night perfect with very little noise here it is crazy and how slow it is. hdr function is ridiculous. just wondering two pics there to see tell me if you have the same or what am i missing? maybe a option in settings that is not checked properly? thanks i have beanstalk rom 6.18 (based on cm13)

It is. LG Stock Camera is far better than the CM one, but thanks to codeworkx we have a slightly better one than the normal CM
. That's the main problem when you go with AOSP ROMs with Lg i am done with AOSP roms and i wanted one soo bad ...so dissapointing

I just tried the app. It all seems to be fine. Still I have the problem that the auto focus (nor the manual) is working. I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong but the focus is set to somewhere at around 1 meter - making near or infinite images impossible to shoot.
OpenCamera doesn't seem to work neither (also nothing with the manual focus).
The laser is flashing frequently but nothing else happens.
Please, let me know what I might do. Even a paid solution would be fine with me. I just want to use the phone's camera again.

Both photos don't look particularly nice, but it seems like the right one was taken with flash, while the left one wasn't. You can't compare that. Check the left one's metadata for parameters (exposure etc) and reproduce that with Snap.
doesnt matter flash or not they are baaad...i just put those as example

I installed this on my G4 running CandySiX. For photos, it's very good. It seems to take good photos, and while I don't have any photos from the stock ROM to compare with, it seems like the sensor is working fine (unlike the times before when I tried the camera on AOSP based ROMs). All that said, I couldn't get it to work for videos. It seems to start recording, but then glitches out and immediately stops, and no video is saved.
One more thing. CandySiX is including Snap Camera. Is this camera specially modified in any way that the version that CandySiX comes with isn't? Am I wasting my time by flashing this? If it is different, is this version included in the G4 build of CyanogenMod?

This is ONLY for LG G4 H815 or H811.It wont work on huawei
You cant, this is only for LG camera config. It wont work for any other phone except g4

I still have trouble with the camera. As some posted before, the (laser) auto focus doesn't work at all. It is fixed at around 2 meters. Manual focus doesn't work neither. Other apps like open camera don't do as well.
I'm not sure if I did something wrong when installing the zip but I can't see any problems.
Still when taking a look at the App-Info for the camera it tells me:

Version 2.0.002 (957d902e91-00)
org.cyanogenmod.snap
So I'm confused. Is this the version 15 I recently downloaded? Or does the problem with the auto focus probably come from making errors while updating?
If someone might tell me their app version, this might give a cloue to what went wrong.

V15 refers to what upgrades were used for 2.0.002 (which is stock CM Camera) to bring some G4 Camera functions back.
