@codeworkx, I add D855 variant on script and works perfect, great job
Thanks! I see a future support on gerrit for G3, good news
Better then M9?No raw option as far as i can tell. 4k recording is also not available. Still the best cam app for cm. I don't miss stock one bit. When there is a new update you just have to flash it. I don't know how to remove it, but then again why would you want to do that?
I have to admit, i didn't try that one. I really only compared it to the stock cm one, and had past experiences with some cams on my G2. They all had some quality issues. I feel that codeworkx' work is as good as it gets. Any link for the M9 cam? Does it work on the G4?Better then M9?
Try wiping dalvik cache after flashing the newest cam. I had some issues yesterday, they were gone after i wiped dalvik-cache.did someone have gray bars on left and right side ( no full screen cam anymore) ? And I have no camera icon... it's only a white cycle. I have flashed v7 over v5

I have the bars too. Previously the bars were transparent but now they are materializing it so they are opaque right now so a few pixels are black in viewfinder but the picture still comes out full. Maybe next few updates will solve this.did someone have gray bars on left and right side ( no full screen cam anymore) ? And I have no camera icon... it's only a white cycle. These black bars,Screenshot?
I don't have them. Strange.These black bars,
the background is not visible however the final pic in 16:9 at 15.9MP includes the area behind the bars if the view finder was much more transparent.

why do you Need a Camera for Stock rom? stock Gas already the best Quality@codeworkx
I have made a few other tests on my LG G3.
Your Snapdragon Camera app works on AOSP roms but not on stock based roms (FC).
This other Snapdragon Camera app for the G2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/themes-apps/snapdragon-camera-t3213605 works on both AOSP and stock based roms.
The main differences I see between them is in the structure of the folders and in the app's name (Snap vs Snapdragon).
How can we get your version working also on stock roms?
Because I like this one much more. Simple as that.why do you Need a Camera for Stock rom? stock Gas already the best Quality

I get these bars when i select a 4:3 picture size. Getting back to a 16:9 picture size -> no bars. Although your final picture has the correct resolution, check that again. Maybe jump back to a 4:3 res and then again to a 16:9 res. These black bars,

Yeah already tried. I downloaded a latest build made like an hour ago with the latest patches but still the black bars are there. Before materialization patch it stays transparent but after the materialization patch its black bars.I get these bars when i select a 4:3 picture size. Getting back to a 16:9 picture size -> no bars.
