This is bull****!!! Why do we have to download this to a computer??? Why do we have to agree to install some spamware on our computer just to use this program??? "InsTwoGram" installs directly to our phones. This is crappy spyware that wants to change the settings on your browser.

--bcoz i don't want anyone download another apps to they device. as i know there's so many app not the real APK when we downloaded.

Am sorry my friends. it is not my fault... it is bcoz download server script hv many ads, i hv that warning too, i changed the download link to another server, and now fixed already, as all member told me working fine now. (please beware with redirect link by ads, use popup ads blocker to ur browser)
Ev'thing can be happen in this cyber world my friend, beyond my capabilities and my controls, and i don't need to spy anyone here, and am not working to create spyware.

I could create new accounts on original Instagram and Intwogram but when I tried to do this on Instrigram it says: "Too many users have been registered on this device" I don't have any accounts left and I can't use another device... what should I do?

As a warning to others, I just downloaded the .zip file from OP's post and had malware installed. The website must be compromised or something, but please be careful when downloading. If your file ends in a .zip but is a .exe, do not install. It will install "Wajam" malware.

Yeah... but you got wrong download, actually its ads, you habe to wait several times to download original apk... the OP has told me about it, and i got the right files..
