This is Sony stock browser pulled from Korea firmware.
Requirement:
-A rooted phone

Lolipop - Pulled from D6503 (5.1.1) firmware 23.4.A.0.546

-Z1 (14.5.A.0.242)

Instruction:
Copy the folder into /system/app and set correct permission for it.
Set rwxr-xr-x for folder(create a folder and renamed it to Browser)
and rw-r--r-- for apk inside.

KitKat - Pulled from D6503 (4.4.4) firmware 23.0.1.A.0.167
Tested on:
-Z3 (23.0.1.A.5.77)

Did you set the correct permission? put the apk inside the folder Browser(create it yourself) and set the correct permision for both the folder and the apk.

I do not now what the problem is. Already try many time on my phone. Nothing happened like that. Did you try reboot your phone after clear data?

Z3 D6603 (23.1.A.0.726) odexed & no SuperuserMod if I put in system/priv-app with permission 0444-r--r--r--
