Hi, There is a new app,I think that is the first app that don't need root(using official Snapchat). It emerged when i was developing other app: SnapCatch (it can save all receive image, videos and stories.)Link Google Play/Link post XDA

The APP: -Media to Snapchat-(using official snapchat)
Media to Snapchat sends any picture or video to friends using Snapchat
-Features:

-Tutorial:
1-Chose media(if you want video select video on checkbox)
2-Click SEND:
2.1- First disable internet networks
2.2- Second return and click again and do the snapchat and send it.
2.3- Replace Snap:
2.3.1- If you have service activate, it automatically replaces and you can enable networks and try to resend the failed snapchat.
2.3.2- If you don't have service activate, return and click again and it replace. Now you can enable networks and try to resend the failed snapchat.

How do we download this still if it isn't in the store anymore? It says my device isn't compatible online. Do I need a Android 5.0?
