The beta is old and outdated. Please wait for the release, it will hit the MP in a couple of days! And the new versions cant be side-loaded so it will have to go trough the official path.

Youku is not implemented so I have no clue wheter it will work. If there is demand Ill think about supporting it officially in the next version.
Yes video's of 720p play smoothly on YouTube. They play the same as every other YouTube app on wp7. For youtube we pass it off to the native WP7 media player (zune). For all others we use our own implementation, this is due to YouTube having some odd type of flv's, seeking would not be possible on youtube flv's, thats why we decided to implement mp4 playback for youtube.
I hope to have answered all your questions. Feel free to try it out when it hits the marketplace and let me know about your findings. I'm currently working on a newer build with some UI improvements, so I can not test anything atm for you.

Live streams will be harder to tackle and im not even sure if its possible. It would involve a very different approach. So dont expect it to be supported anytime soon
(also the added complexity is that these often change quality depending on the connection etc, which would be a huge problem for us, because of the api's)We can add other websites on a donation basis, we will first have to investigate wheter it can be supported and than accept a donation.
This is because its a labour intensive task to reverse engineer a website and to add support.
I am so excited, i am checking every few hours this thread just to know if it is available at the marketplace.

We have written some details in the help section of the app itself and indeed it has the time limit. Im not sure if this limit is there on 3g (bc of changing ip address), but on wifi it is there. Unfortunately we can not bypass this without commiting an illegal activity. The other megavideo app also has this limit I believe.
But on the other hand it can play plenty of sources and features seeking so if you reached the time limit you can continue watching on VideoBB/VideoZer/PutLocker etc. Not ideal but we are not allowed to implement a bypass for this time limit.

Not your fault, the WP7 phone is very nice and i enjoy it yet it is Msoft's shortsightedness and stupidity in not supporting streaming video... and why i like my Android tablet for true web surfing. Well probably not, but as i dont have an account i cant verify it. Be amongst the first to confirm this once it releases
Youll have to visit megavideo.com in metro browser than and login, than it will probably register you ip address as a premium megavideo user.
As I said, cant confirm nor deny what will be the answer but I think there will be no limitation if u are a premium user.
