Sorry for not answering for some days.
I've been very busy and the little time I had for Minimalistic Text I spent for developing an API integration for an alternative weather service (WorldWeatherOnline.com) and for the russian translation.

I've published a new version (1.3 Beta). Now the new weather service is default but you can switch back to Google Weather if you wish.

Spanish translation isn't correct, could you upload its file?

Done. All my translation files are in the first post.

If you add some features that.. insert comma or dot or space between each component?

This is planned, but not yet implemented.

I posted this on Dec. 13 but when I went to check the weather texts I couldn't find the brazilian portuguese translations so I'll post it again...

Do you mean that Zero = Twelve? This has been reported some times and I will add an option to switch in the future.

Is there a way to get 9:01 to say "nineO'one" and so on? I know it was requested earlier but I don't know if it has been implemented how to get it to do that.

Not implemented at the moment. I will think about it. This demand has come to my ears a couple of times.

The sample images shown on Androinica show the weather and you have weather options in the custom setup. However, I can't get my Evo to find any weather conditions. I tried making the alternate activity go to the default weather app and I tried Weather Bug but neither worked. Should it?

Can you try the new weather service? (Allweatheronline.com). In my region (Bavaria, Germany) this service is by far better than Googles.

Spanish rules are different

I will here try to explain some rules:		
First with cardinals		
When you have to use, for example, 30 you put "treinta". The same with all the others. But when you have to put 31, you have to put "treinta y uno" (you have to add y, you use 30 + y + 1)		
There's a special case with 20. 20 = "veinte", but 21 is "veintiuno" (you change the y from the other rule for i)		
Another rule: 100 = "cien", but 101 = "ciento uno" (you use 100 + to + 1) . So 121 = "ciento veintiuno"		
But 200 = "doscientos" (you use 2 + 100 + tos). The same applies to all the rest EXCEPT for 900 = novecientos (you change "nueve" to "nove")		
Fortunately, with 1000 there are no special rules		
		
Now with ordinals		
As you can see, 11 = "decimoprimero". Here you can use 10 + 1, but you have to change the é for e from "décimo". The same to all others		
There are rules for ordinals 200, 300 and so on, but I doubt you'll have to use them

The service will start, I will think about changing this. But it doesn't do anything beside checking if it's needed and then fall asleep again. (In the newest version)

Another suggestion -- if the weather is not cloudy but it is after dark, the weather text still reads "Sunny" even though by definition it is not sunny.

Is there any way to have it read something like "Clear", the way HTC Sense handles it? I am not even sure if the weather API gives you sunset/sunrise data, and it is surely another thing to be translated, but just an idea.

Fixed this, but not for all languages. I need the word for clear first
I will look into the APIs if they provide me anything like that. I don't think the google API does, but I will check.
For now it says "sunny/clear". It's a start

Would it be possible to have the widget NOT run a service?

For example: what I'd like to accomplish is to put widgets on my Widgetlocker lock screen and have them only update when the screen comes back on?

Minimalistic Text does this already (do nothing when the screen is off). The only exception is the weather service which will update in the set interval or when the network connection comes back after the interval has been hit.

Edit: Ok, now I got your point. I will think about a setting for this.

We don't use ordinals in french date, also no use of Time addition (Midday etc...) but i did the translation.
