Its Stock Touchwiz KK launcher with Pumped speed !
I dont own s4 so cant make..if u are on kk then use the apk and make a video or if anyone else makes?

If u want 4.3 upload seclauncher3 apk, framework-res.apk, twframework-res.apk (in a zip) as i dont own a s4!

I'm on stock 4.3 and don't have the folder /system/priv-app. Did you create it?

Tried that, got permanent launcher FCs. Had to restore nandroid.
Maybe because I'm in stock odexed.

Maybe u need to delete seclauncher3.odex since u are on odex rom.....

Id like to try it. But there is no seclauncher3.apk in Omega 21.1. By the way i put your mod in system/app folder, have permission and reboot. But nothing happened. Any idea?
