I share the results of my mod
I decompile google play store 3.8.17 and recompile
I modified the background color to black and the text color to blue

all thanks to ibanez7 for icon & trick

Installation :

Copy file to system, fix permission "rw-r--r--" move to folder app, reboot your phone, and clear data Google Play Store

I'll test it now is there anyway to edit how paid apps show up in my apps as its very frustrating when it shows paid and free apps together a separate colum for paid only would be good and a way to stop the app list from refreshing after choosing a app would be awesome would ask google to make these changes but they wouldn't listen anyway its like there reading from a script

Yeah, before installing my mod backup your google play store, and remove, and next install this mod google play store
